Thanks for the offer, chief, it’s appreciated… but I wanna start on a new server when the expansion comes out, and until then I wanna max my alts and maybe (read: try and fail) reach Rank 14 on my main (which’ll never happen  )

GL with everything on Hellscream, though. :china:

Why wait until OCTOBER…?! I’ll start on a new server when it comes out too… but I’m going Alliance… Blood Elves are ugly!!! Actually… I’ll wait until I see the mounts…!!

Well, I do wanna make a Draenei too…

I guess I’ll wait and see.

I’m thinkin of a name to change SRK to… SO HOORDE or Syndicate … Any other ideas? Not to SRKish… Some fucker bought an Evolution charter before I did =|…

Have you ever been to duskwood? Playing on a PvP server is like playing at raven hill cemetary. Playing in a pve place is safe (although I do kill a ton of people by tricking them into turning their flag on without their consent. I don’t know if it’s a glitch or whatever, but it still works).

You can still get ranks on a pve server through battle grounds, and world kills but i wouldn’t recomend it. I used to keep my flag on all the time but I always see horde in groups for some reason and they’d stand next to me, waiting until my health drops when i’m killing a mob.

I’m starting to save up Runecloth now. As soon as the expansion is patched in, I’m wanting to head over to Exodar, find the Draenei Cloth Quartermaster, dump a HUGE pile of Runecloth on him, and walk out with one of their epic mounts while all of the Draenei players are still working towards level 10. :bgrin:

wtf don’t ditch andorhal you fuckers… I’m just got someone to level me to 40 by sunday…

^_-;

How much are you paying that chinaman? Besides, leveling a hunter is braindead easy, the fact that you’re being lazy and getting someone else to do it (whether you paid for the service or not is negligible) is just sheer laziness.

Regardless I do hope if you’re going lazy you at least got a real friend to do it and not some power leveling service. The chineses are shady and shifty and will attempt to steal your account info/etc so they can have another farming account/account to sell AND they got the money you paid them.

I don’t want to accuse you of using a PL service but the way you’re talking about it sounds really shady. WoW is not hard to level in. Go play FFXI and shit and you’ll come to appreciate the ease and speed of WoW leveling.

Anywho, I’m not sure what I want to do. My girlfriend is bugging me to play on an alliance server because she has this thing for NE Females. That and she’s rolled a druid before and she didn’t want to play yet another one, but Marn kept pushing her to roll one and the last thing anyone wants to do is play a class just because the guild wants you to. Hell, I’m playing Hunter because it’s the only class I can play decently with 2k-4k ping on average. The pet is a lifesaver and once you start autoshooting you don’t really have to push any other buttons… something that is bad bad bad with my kind of lag. Hey, that rhymes.

If you guys are still going strong on Andorhal when the expansion hits I’m going to roll Blood Elf somewhere. It’s just been my experience (especially with WoW, but with MMORPGs in general) that if you try to arrange shit with friends and people you kinda know you end up never seeing them/playing with them in game. This has happened to me with Ragnarok Online, FFXI, WoW, any number of KMMPOHCG (Korean Massively Multiplayer Online Hat Collecting Games) that I’ve tried out, and so on and so forth.

So in conclusion: I’ll probably still play my hunter on Andorhal when I’m not able to play on Altar of Storms with my girl.

i play on altar of storms

level 28 dwarf rogue so far (named twinklestar) … hopefully i’ll be 60 within the month

used to play on maelstrom… 60 ud warlock named gur

was on sargeras before that 60 human priest named henaki

i NEVER pushed her to do anything, she simply asked me if we needed a Druid AND she said she wanted to make one, so I said go do it.

When I hit 60 and want to pvp a lot, what do you think of this build?

edit:see this later

My current rogue build:

Funny im doing the exact same thing except i got Jewels in a Bank Toon thats fucking filled to the brim.

Guess whos going to be selling jewels at ripoff prices when jewel crafting becomes available…

BTW: Whoever from SRK wants to join my PVP server.

Come to Azshara. Where me and TG, Irennicus and Athanasy breaking down folks in the masses.

Wow…that first build is all over the damned place. Sure you’ll be critting a lot, doing a lot of damage and you’ll have a lot of rage…to do what? Whirlwind? Intercept? It was a nice attempt to balance it, but you seriously need a 31 point talent to do something with all that rage. And execute won’t be worth it since you’re going to be stuck at 100 rage for a long time before you’ll actually use it. For PvE your dps is gimp, for pvp, you have nothing if you need to land a hit NOW.

The second build is cool, but you have two leftover points. I’d recommend imp zerk rage. 'cuase that’s 10 rage right off the bat. with imp execute, this is basically a guaranteed execute you have in your pocket. Or if you’re slowed down by something, you can get that last bit of rage to complete the 30 for BT. I hope you have over 800 ap though, or your bts will hit like a pillow.

It seems like you want to try 2h fury. Our current highest dps 2h fury warrior uses this build: 18/33/0

He PvEs more than PvP, but he does do a lot of AB/WSG when we’re nto raiding. But anyway, that one point in improved slam is basically because the global cooldown. in his words: " A full 5 points gets your Slam to 1 sec, but you still are restricted by the limitations of a 1.5 sec global cooldown. Putting 1 point in Imp slam is all you need to allow a split spec in between global cooldown for your auto-attack swing, as your auto-attack cools down inbetween casting slam. "

You wouldn’t happen to be considering DW would ya?

anywho, shameless plug aside. He spams slam like no other. He builds rage like nuts, so in between ww and bt, he’s popping slams out. Heroic strikes technically hit harder, but you gotta wait for the next swing; with weapons that are 3.50 s or longer, the dps is ass compared to 1.4s and an auto-attack.

Don’t kick MacBauer though

Looks like a fairly standard Prep/CB build. I’d probably end up swaping a few talent points around though.

Take out the 3 points you have in the poison talents and put them into Improved Expose Armor. IEA is a great to use on high armor targets and shadow priests.

Ghostly Strike is pretty meh. You’re better off taking that point out and finishing Imp Sap or taking points out of that and Imp Sap and putting them into Camo or Imp Rupture.

*edit - Just thought of something else for you subtlety tree. Use the point from GS (or anywhere you can spare it) and get 1/2 on Imp Cheap Shot to help with stun locking.

You can try this rogue build at 60 very good I used to use it alot until I speced for pve

http://www.wowhead.com/talent/?ihe0otboZGcZV0EohMo

The second one by FAR, but it still needs work.

Since you’ve maxed DW spec, I assume it’s DW Fury that you’re using. For that, I recommend the following. Keep in mind that this is my own advice based on what works for my own DW Fury build.

  • Drop the Impale line. For DW, it’s shit. Even for 2H Fury, I’m not convinced that Impale is worth a) 8 talent points and b) deep wounds (an uncontrollable DoT) and Imp. Rend (possibly the worst talent in the game).

  • Drop Imp. Overpower unless you have some godly, high damage, slow mainhand. Even then, I’m not so sure it’s worth the investment when there are better talents in the fury tree. If you go 2H Fury, it’s worth it.

  • Pick up Tactical Mastery. Seriously, put at least 3 points in it (I have 4). To play effectively as a Warrior in both PvE and PvP situations, you must stance dance, and losing all your rage on stance switch is crippling.

  • Improved Berserker Rage is a godsend. 10 Rage for free > all.

Here’s my own talent build, which I offer just as an example of a different build; it’s hardly the best but fits how I play well:

http://www.wowhead.com/talent/?LG0LZVVuVgxRio

The beauty of the Fury tree is its synergy. Arms, once you get past Tactical Mastery (which really shouldn’t be a talent, given it being near-mandatory), is about Mortal Strike and possibly Sword spec. So I like to invest heavily in Fury, going into arms for Imp. HS and TM.

Hope this helps.

ghostly strike sucks, dump it for another point in imp sap if you’re doing a cooldown build, you wont be getting GS if you’re a slow hitter since subtetly is a crap tree for it, and slow weapons are the only thing that matter when using GS since it scales with slower weapons much better than daggers.

the only concievable thing you’d use it for is fighting paladins/shaman and even then it will fuck up a stunlock

dump the 3 points in poisons for Imp SnD so your pve dps doesnt suck total dong.

right now im a sword fag for leveling and speccing to daggers once i hit raids w/ my guild.

Here is my current rogue built, what you guys think?

http://www.wowhead.com/talent/?w0bZRLEzZM

I bought the wrong sword and now I am dead broke and can’t use ambush  …been relying on garrote and repture this whole time…about 50 pts of dagame per 2 secs which isn’t bad (agasnt lvl 30 players)
