Here’s my xrd stick after having it for an hour. I liked the official art work, but I just couldn’t resist.
Most of the info and tips in this thread would benefit (prospective) owners of all TE2 Stick versions, so maybe we should change the name of this thread to “The Official Mad Catz TE2 Thread”.

Has anybody installed an optical joystick pcb like the flash into a TE2? I have one on my ps360 stick and wanted to put one in my TE2, I assume the installation won’t be as easy as simply screwing the wire in but how difficult is it to install on the TE2? Is there an easily reached point on the PCB to get 5v from? Thanks.

Oh wow, so is that why we got the errors, I wonder. I actually tried the check out maybe five-ten minutes after they were back up for sale and got the errors.

I checked out the minute it came up. A lot of timing out but I got an order received email. Here’s hoping it actually ships.
Missed it… again. Pretty frustrating since I’m pretty sure I was in the clear to get one, but couldn’t because of a bug with the webstore. (said something about shipping to my location being unavailable) I opened a new incognito window and checked out as a guest instead and was able to go all the way to checkout, circle spinned for like 10 minutes and bam, sold out. Ugh.
This stick situation for PS4 is getting ridiculous. Is there going to be a non-limited edition TE2 any time soon? Been trying to buy one for weeks but they are never up for sale long enough. If only I woke up an hour earlier and mashed F5.
