Ideally I’d like to have a European carrier so I don’t have to deal with overseas shipping. I know he wants to carry them but we haven’t worked out details yet. I still have many to build so until I catch up and build the rest I probably won’t be sending him any.
Honestly I’d love for him to carry them, since he’s got an infrastructure built already for European customers, and it’s an easy addition.

Jochen would be ideal, and wouldn’t charge extortionate prices like Gremlins do. If you haven’t worked out a deal with bencao in a month then I’ll place a bulk order with you directly, despite the shipping & tax costs.
The smd sections aside will there be a kit option or just fully assembled? You mention you have many to build hence the question.

That sounds good. As soon as I get caught up I’ll be talking to Jochen to see what he would like to do. I’ll keep this thread posted on that one as I’m sure there’s many overseas who would love to save on shipping and sheer time to delivery if possible.
I would offer a kit, but honest to god I’m not sure if even the assembly house can handle populating the pins. They say that they can, but their method is probably going to be exactly like mine is which means quite a bit of cost to me. In the end it will probably be worth it so when I sell out of my current stock I will definitely ask them a great many questions, this one included and will be sure to oversee how things go with it. If they can and they do it well the price of these guys may go down since I won’t have to do much labor myself.
Currently I pretty much have to use a template made from a few bare boards dremeled to shit. I populate receptacles upside down, clamp it together with the board I’m building and then finally solder them into place. I don’t think any carrier will ever want to that and I don’t blame them. For end users absolutely not.

No sir, MvC sticks are all way newer than that board’s revision and should all be just fine. If you want to be 100% positive yourself you can just open up the top panel and take a quick peek, the pictures I posted should be a good reference for that. If you’re still unsure post a pic and I’ll let you know immediately.

Unless you can provide replicas of the templates you’re using, then probably not. It was just a question out of curiosity more than anything else.
Sounds like you’re going through no small Hell building them so I have no problem in buying those hand built boards. Unless my lack of patience gets the better of me I’ll be messaging you in a month regarding the status of the Jochen deal.

I ship everywhere at the moment, I’m just figuring out how to alleviate overseas shipping by having someone in Europe carry these boards.
If you want one, just hit up my site and when you place an order just pick the third selection on where to ship, it’s $13 USD and takes roughly 6-10 days via USPS Priority International.
Just got mine in the mail today, I must say the turnaround was excellent.
