Its not sanwa its a knock off same as the buttons. try reading the thread before asking .
I think you have just quite a million voices
I think he meant which sticks will fit to mod it with…
He was talking about replacing the stick, not which type of stick the FS already comes with.
But yeah I’m interested to know the answer to his question as well.
woops, sorry for the brash comment
What’s the red shit on the screws? Is that wax? Will I have to fucking melt it to open it up / remove the stock stick in the non TE?
I think earlier it was called “lock tight”
Would like to know as well. Now that we know the Fightstick is mod-friendly, we just need to know what to replace it with to make it (somewhat) TE equivalent. What kind of stick/buttons should I buy over at lizardlick? thanks.
uh all the JLFs are the same. the numbers at the end just indicate the mounting plate and if it has a shaft cover.
It’s the first time Game have done pre-orders - maybe they were waiting for their allocation? On Friday I was in Leeds and asked at Game if they were getting iny “dunno”. Asked at Gamestation “dunno” - checks with manager - “probably, they are gonna be about 50 though” - some guy loitering at the end of the counter pipes up “no, they’re 70 and made out of arcade bits”. I thanked them and left. I wouldn’t expect them to know everything about every release, but with such a high profile game, they really should have known SOMETHING solid.
Went to Game in Grimsby, asked them if they were getting any - “yeah, probably”. Aked if they were taking pre-orders and got told “no, we’ll be getting loads in”. COmplete BS.
rant over
Sounds like they will put a little of the “red paint” on the seams and that will reveal if it’s been opened. Omega watches have a small red dot over the seam so you can tell if it’s been opened or not.
sounds like a plan!!! i will hit you up soon sir
thanks everyone for the knowledge!!
Now how on earth do we swap out art on the standard FS
MarkMan, for the standard FightStick, will any sanding/dremeling be required for Sanwa snap-in buttons (OBSF-30) to fit the panel?
No. There are no plastic tabs like the FS3/other sticks…
I posted this in another FSTE thread…
Want to know what the TE has over the HRAP?
TE has…

will a ls-33 work?
i know that if you open it that your warranty is void but if i screw it into a table or if i change the balltop is it void?
Has anyone confirmed that the Fighting Stick will be able to be modded using a LB-30-N Joystick Bat Top with adapter?
I know that the stick itself isn’t a Sanwa and is madcatz made along with the buttons. I know the buttons are easily modded just want to make sure I can fit a bat top on the Fight Stick.
