oohwee! Nice, MarkMan. So for the absolute noobs such as myself, would someone be so kind as to Shop/Paintbrush labels of the inside of the Fightstick? What does this pic mean to us?

1. No soldering for buttons/stick replacement?
2. Could I even rearrange button placement for games that don’t have button config? (lookin at u, UMK3) by unplugging and plugging connectors in their respective spots?
3. Could the average schmo finally replace his buttons/stick/gate without all the handyman stuff?

Yes, if you have the adapter. It’s a JLF.

The parts used in the stick, the fight stick has generic parts the TE has all sanwa parts.

koop u just need to get the parts(i could help you get the right ones) and swap them all without any tools or soldering, its not hard at all.

Yes you can swap them out yourself , but in doing so you will void your warranty

Yes, they can tell. Markman said a few post back that he will be working directly with the repair team to go over the signs of a stick that has been opened .

They fill the innards of the TE sticks with MadCatz employee unwiped ass air. Once it’s opened and released, it smells like spring time flowers.
