I said akumas teleport is arguably the best teleport in the game. I say arguably, however, in my opinion it is the best teleport by a longshot. yeah you can bait it, but you have to sacrifice alot of momentum doing it. you make it sound like Akumas teleport never gets him out of aggro. (Ever played Gief VS Akuma?)
Oh yeah… i’ve got it stuck in my head that Oni’s Hadou has 38 Frames. I’m way off, i do however still think that giving Oni a full screen uncharged projectile is a good buff to zoning. Not gamebreaking of course.
Besides if i wanted to defend myself in a gay way i could say that Tali also recommended they improve the projectiles recovery, which could easily be concieved as better than Ryu… But i won’t do that, i’ll argue fairly
These two are just mechanics, as far as im aware bison can only do 2 hits in the air in to EX Scissors/Psycho. One hit in the air will allow him to do anything. The reason the other character goes in to a standing state is because the move has hits which are a prerequisite hit to an Auto combos (Cinematic combo) all of Chun Li’s initial hits are simple stun VS ground & knockdown VS Airborne hits. the only hits that leads to a cinematic is the final upkick. Mind you they did kind of **** up her her U1 i AE, i have no idea why, it was hardly abusive. The reason why her U1 doesn’t cause the opponent to stand is because they didn’t want this to be an ultra you could perform anywhere on screen. They could probably solve this by making the third/fourth hit cause an opponent to stand up instead of the first.
What is Seths “Back Kick?”
Her U2 causes Standard Knockdown on every hit this, it also has a JP of around 33 which means the more times you hit them whilst airborne the less hits the U2 will do. (Say, if you do EX SBK twice to ultra, rather than once) Every hit causes the opponent to move back slightly which, i’m guessing can cause them to push out of the Ultras ambiguously small hurtbox. Problem here is, every hit MUST cause standard knockdown, otherwise if you hit a grounded opponent it’d hit about 50 times.
I’m not saying what you’re asking for is unreasonable, i’m just telling you why they don’t work. Also i don’t play Chun, but it isn’t her standing HK a really, really good normal. It just seem complaing that it doesn’t hit people sometimes is like an Akuma player complaining some characters can make the second hit of his stand HK whiff if they crouch guard.
