Official Rack-N-Cue @SFSU Thread

Your losing your edge Sillie. OOOH! Voodoo Hex! Voodoo Hex! Someone is gonna choke on Saturday.

Tension ate a wake up today and lost the match. Shame on him. WAKE UP! WAKE UP!

Have you no shame? :frowning:

wow, i thought i was the only one that had problems dive kicking in the 2p side in 3s.

So how is the new joystick working out?

I thought I was the only one too, I didn’t hear anyone else complaining about it, maybe cause me and you are the only ones who use Yun primary.

I didn’t have a chance go to today, but I’m going there tomorrow at around 1:00, thanks alot for replying to my email quick and getting the job done, you guys rock.

I’ll tell you guys about the stick after I come back tomorrow.

See yall there~

I was there today and played yun for a while =.=y Stick seems fine to me. I will agree with the vendor about the 360’s input won’t come out unless the stick is going all the way (like touching the edge of the hard plastic or whatever.) I noticed I have to do that for cvs2 at state, partically when comboing rock’s deadly rave (which is a combo I don’t land much at State but I can do this pretty well on jap sticks). I’m too use to performing this on jap sticks where I only have to go part way, or at least, not as deep hence faster execution for me. Keep the 360s…they’re much better then 8 ways.

edit: :frowning: @ wake up comments. He was good, yo.

He was not that good. :wgrin: Okay, he was decent. I was just teasing about the wake up. I’ve lost matches cause I couldn’t pull off wake ups. STUPID.

The tourney is just a few days away. Today is my last day for practice. Gotta put together some ‘secret strategies ™’. Maybe I’ll switch over and use Sean for the tourney… :wgrin:

Yo, If you’re running an event, make sure to find me when you get here so I can show you how to set up the brackets and answer any bugs about tournament.

Also, We’ll seed the top 4 in each event. Just something to chew on since you guys will know the best players for each event.

I was kidding about the good part <_< It’s sad, the first time I see him win and it’s against me. I was just trying to redeem myself with that joke after such horrible play from me…too much fooling around from my part.

Noooooooooooooooooooooo!!!

Sean is serious business.

Was your ‘secret strategy’ to let me win 5 in a row?

Either way GG’s, and GG’s to everyone else, once again I’ll be there to help out on the 3S tourny at around 1:30.

I’m not coming tomorrow, so yeah.

Sillie totally schooled me today. Damn. I like had only one match on him and then afterwards it was just a Senseless Beat Down 2K5 ™. Damnit.

And Tension. That’s how I lose matches against… “lower tier” players. Too much fucking around and over confidence. But yeah. Its only funny when it doesn’t happen to me. I still remember my standing LK stuffing your point blank Shinkuu Hadouken. That was… lovely. What’s not lovely is getting my normals shut down by Makoto’s normals. F@#king BIATCH. Stop grabbing me ho.

Or getting tossed around like a garbage bag by Yun.

I hate 3S. This game sucks.

EDIT: My secret strategy for today was get beat like a little bitch. It changes everyday. Hopefully on tourney day it’ll change.

Makoto likes to be close and feel up on ppl

50/50 chance I might be able to go to the tournament. Depends on work -_- I don’t have thursday free no more either. Oh well, we’ll see.

It’ll make the tourny easier for me if you have work.

:karate:

When I get home, I better see Sean taking first…

Or Yun.

:karate:

I expected more state players to show up. Where were you guys? Maybe we should just do T5 next time :pleased:

Lots of STATE MVC2 players didnt show up cause they didnt want to deal with cable users… you know those people who act like he doesn’t exist. Most of them are scrubs anywho; their matches are slow and boring… no offense. And I think some guys had to work… but i would of liked to see more players for CVS2 and MVC2.

I think the turnout was due to the tourney being such short notice plus folks may simply have just been afraid to venture all the way to SFSU. Next time we just need to announce it about a month in advance. That should probably do it. It was still a good turn out IMO. But then, I like smallish tournies anyway. Let’s start planning for another one in November or December.
