the sticks on marvel are still broken. when 2 people play the sticks lock up. how much longer till it gets fixed?
I called my vendor today, the cabinet’s motherboard is suspect. Not exactly something you can go to Home Depot and pick up. Patience. We’re aware.

I was actually the one that set up the University Battle team for last semester. I’ve been talking to Bihn(the BEARcade manager) and this timeonly regulars that attended last semester’s battle are welcomed back. He’s trying to make it so that it will be more school oriented. So Gordan and Jackson will be the only regulars that are approved for participation. I’ve started talkiing to Chidie about our team situation, but nothing has been finalized. All I know is a new team member has to be an SFSU student. Last time I decided the members of the team, and I’ll probably do it again since it isn’t hard to pick out good players with our given comp.
Double Morrigan is only scary when the person knows how to play with her… If you’re talking about that random guy that likes using two Morrigans that I spanked with my one Morrigan, you need not be afraid. He’s garbage.
I don’t like talking shit, but someone who randoms up a second copy of a character he’s not that good with is not a good player
the down direction doesnt always work well on the 1 player side even when there’s only 1 person playing (as opposed to two people playing causing the sticks to lock up) so fixing the 1 player should be added to the list of things to fix.

I’m not surprised. Unfortunately, I can only respond as fast as my vendor can get back to me. Have faith, though. All will eventually be fixed in time. Ask the SC2 people.
BTW: I am in the works of getting another tourney off the ground say…mid march. DDR and Initial D are already on the fight card, Jeff volunteered to handle SC2, which would leave one more spot for our tourney. Hmm, which should it be? Puzzle fighter? CVS2? ggxx? (lowercase for our “fun-size” cabinet) Well, I’ve said it before so I don’t think I need to repeat myself. You know what I require to secure a game for a tourney.
I hope and pray that the vender will fix CvS2 soon.
marvel should have priority as it’s been broken longer. the cvs2 people should be forced to play marvel for a few months 
Our vendor came by, adjusted a few switches, and it seemed ok.
I don’t know what to say about MVC2. They are aware . I am aware. I cannot offer anything else at this time.
Instead of trying to fix MvC2, why don’t they just replace it with another MvC2? I mean if it has been broken this long they obviously don’t know how to fix the problem. If it’s FUBAR, why can’t they just replace it? I can see that there is insentive to fix games that are more lucrative such as Initial D and CvS2, but I think MvC2 could generate fairly large amount of people if it ever gets up and running.
we’re getting another tournament under way coming march 13th. Unfortunately for y’all, we’re only doing DDR, Initial D and SC2 since noone wants to run CVS2.

poolboss: Sorry for ranting over the mvc2 today, but with all do respect I just think that there has been plenty of time for the vendor to take care of this is some way shape or form. IU understand the frustration of the mvc2 players. Like I said before I just wanna see some sort resolution.
