Unfortunately, I only had time to play it for the first 30 minutes and while I couldn’t undergo any battles yet, I really like the game’s unique dialogue. Either the translator(s) Aksys hired for this game is good or Kinoko Nasu is a great storyteller and his prose truly deserves praise.
Anyway, here’s to hoping that sales for this game do pretty good so that Aksys will localize Fate/Extra CCC as well.
I started playing Dungeon Siege: Throne of Agony the other day. Got it for 5$ new. Really fun action RPG, I was blown away by their being an overworld. Can you guys recommend any Action/loot heavy RPG’s with similar gameplay to Dungeon Siege and the two Untold Legends games? I want to stock up on PSP games since they’re mostly really cheap right now. Pretty stupid that DS games are still really expensive in comparison, especially first party Nintendo games. Their next-gen handheld is already out yet their first-party games are still full price.
Should work perfectly fine. It does not matter what size each card is, as long as they are no bigger than 16GB each. As the max size supported on PSP is 32GBs.

Good system, but of course the pricing is bullshit. Should have just been a flat rate of maybe 500 or 1000 yen (or, you know, free)
I beat Dungeon Siege: Throne of Agony a little while ago, and I think it’s the best action RPG/hack N slash I’ve played on PSP. It’s more fun than both Untold Legends games. Great game, it kept me from console gaming for a while, I was hooked on it. You can New Game+ it on a harder difficulty too, and you get even better loot. I played NG+ for a bit, I may end up replaying the game entirely at some point.
Funny thing is I got the majority of my PSP games at 5-10$. Every title for PSP now that isn’t a big AAA title or a recent release is 10$ right now in my area. Most of my games aren’t available on PSN, so I couldn’t get them on Vita even if I wanted to. Oh well, I’ll be holding off on Vita until a few great games come out for it that I have to play, same with the 3DS.
Trying to patch monster hunter portable3 with the newest patch from team maverick one. Having some difficulty with the prx files. Anyone able to lend me a hand?
You can install “light” custom firmware which pretty much does the same thing. I’m running ofw 6.60, and using mvspsp (neogeo emu), cps2psp (cps2 emu), and playing isos and plants vs zombies homebrew port.
