Official NBA IS BACK CKRAZY SEASON 3 FANTASY FUN LEAGUE CHAMPION NEVER FORGET!

Don’t even entertain that bullshit, he’s clearly talking out of his ass.

I wish cp3 was a laker :frowning:

actually I’ve heard a lot talk about bynum for melo, I love these rumors

Are you serious?! What the hell are the lakers waiting for then? Bynum as much as I like him, is injury prone and can sometimes dissapear in games. With anthony, you get a dynamic scorer who can help Kobe with the scoring load and will pretty much kill it with consistency.

Bynum with greg oden knees is a gamble, but I still dunno. Gasol proved that he can’t take physical punishment and remain effective in games. Denver isn’t going to gamble on bynum’s knee, they would be better taking expiring contracts and rebuild via free agency. There’s not too many pure centers available nowadays, I don’t think mitch is going to give up bynum after the work we put into him.

This Kevin Durant kid is a very good basketball player.

Well then, you’re right.

My statement probably only really holds truth in the 2000’s.

He’s pretty ok.

07 Spurs?

LA will be fine. If any fan has a right to be concerned for the well-being of their team in terms of contending for a championship right now, it’d have to be anybody that’s rooting for the Magic, Hawks, Blazers, and Nuggets.

None of those teams have a chance to win the championship. Deal with it.

imo.

The 2007 Spurs had 58 regular wins in the regular season.
The 2010 Celtics barley scratch the surface of 50 wins.

I don’t know if SA’s slow starts can really compare to what Boston did last year. Even before their annual Rodeo Trip, SA still looked like a solid team and was always in the championship discussion year after year. The C’s looked really bad during the second half of the season, like a shell of their former selves. A more apt comparison would’ve been to the '95 Rockets or '99 Knicks. Basically, a team going into the playoffs without any momentum, having to underdog through an entire postseason without the luxury of homecourt, etc.

I was surprised with the Heat win. Does it mean anything? I guess, but not really. It can stroke the egos of Heat fans and laker haters (I’m a laker hater) but ultimately you always take things with a grain of salt.

Just like the Cetics failing to close out the Magic late in the fourth. They played some brilliant D tonight, look at the Magic stats, and watching them loose it in the waining minutes of the 4th stung a little bit, but when you’re watching it on a brand new 42 inch plasma it doesn’t hurt so bad

Ultimately, what you have to think about is if they could repeat that feat three more times in a seven game series…probably not.

Celtics vs Lakers final; Unless the Warriors wanna get nuts on West! I’m still waiting Dubs…

I could see Miami beating LA in a best of seven.

Orlando against Boston? It’d be super situational. A lot of things would have to go right.

I don’t know. I just think about Kobe, Pau, Ron-Ron. I think they have that ability to take it to the next level when it counts.

Miami does have youth on their side, though. And athleticism.

Miami got a shot at winning it all especially with their improved defense.

YES, Dubs clawing back! :karate: :looney:

It doesn’t matter, the Spurs will probably win it all anyway. I would laugh if that happened.

Blazers are horrible. I wouldn’t get too excited.

imo.

The Blazers are good. It’s just that God hates them a lot.

the lakers can’t play the sandbagging game because they need homecourt throughout. imagine if game 7 had been in boston instead of la last year. not saying it’s the deciding factor but it’s definitely an advantage you’d like to have. that said the lakers can close out away but they have looked vulnerable lately. i think once bynum is back into heavy minutes is when they’ll go on a 10+ win streak.

warriors!!! omg can’t believe monta went 10-11 from the line. it’s a freaking miracle.
