A Kitty is used with specific 360 sticks (TE or VLX depending on model) to dual mod. a Cthulhu can be used with almost any 360 pcb to dual mod. Hope that makes things clearer for you.
does the TE kitty work with the eight arc ISO xbox 360 stick? and does it need any additional stuff like the te-s harness? anyone have a guide for it?

Also the MC turbo light don’t function the same as the xbox mode? meaning they don’t flash as turbo is active for a given button?
The turbo LEDs do flash when active (turbo only functions when using Xbox 360 though) so if they are not flashing when turbo is active you have something installed wrong. If you are referring to them not flashing on consoles other than 360, they are not supposed to, as turbo is a function of the 360 TE pcb and only available when using on 360.
Looks at the bottom of the board. There’s some writing that says T=T+Sel with an arrow pointing to a small section of trace. Cut that trace. Or just pop of D9.
That’s correct. In 360 mode, a turbo’d button will be lit or flashing when not pressed, and always lit but kinda pulsing when pressed. In any Kitty mode like PS3, the LED is on during press only, without turbo affecting anything.
I have the Y button led and the LB led staying on in my turbo row on a TES all the buttons work on my 360 could it have to do with the Ethernet cable I installed?

A clear and detailed description of the problem is the best place to start. Pictures dont hurt either.
Are you sure you just don’t have turbo turned on for the buttons by accident? Hold turbo and press the buttons to cycle through the turbo settings and see if they don’t turn off.
Would I just need the TE Kitty for a Chun Li TE-S? Also I’m looking to mod my stick before Final Round. Is there any way I can guarantee it will arrive before then?
TE Kitty and TE “S” Harness for TE Kitty.
TE Kitty + TE-S Kitty harness is what you need for adding PS3 to it.
You could also get the 12" Ethernet cord and Neutrik jack so you can make RJ45 console cords and use it on all of the massive library of consoles it can play on (Check the User’s Guide, first posts) You should also consider picking up a JLF-TE cable, since the JLF connector cable that comes with the stick doesnt use the proper connector. But, all three of those are optional.

Just a quick followup to my Kitty install a couple weeks ago. I missed a week at the local gtg’s so I didn’t get to use it on a PS3 until Monday just past.
This product is absolutely FANTASTIC! It worked flawlessly (tried it on PC immediately after installing w/o problems), showing up to the weekly DE Gravel Pit and pluggin into the PS3 was just like I had bought a stick for PS3 originally. Auto detect is flawless, no lag issues like a convertor might have, nothing…just perfect tri-console supported goodness.
Can’t say enough about how awesome this thing is, now I can finally get to some artwork and new buttons with all the important stuff done. This should be mod #1 for anyone with a 360 TE stick.
