Bah, the stupid glitch/bug that only lets you see 4 lines of text on items is really ruining this game for me right now. How are you supposed to know which items to keep and sell if you can’t see all the freaking modifiers??? This thing is collecting dust until gearbox gets off their asses and fixes this problem.
Almost at Level 28 I think. I like the “Tormentor” mod I have on my Siren she’s a beast.

This game is sick. I made a Brick. He’s level 19 right now and I’m loving him. My roomie already beat the game and we’re playing through together. Working on berzerk tree right now
What’s the best element? I’ve been using this x3 explosion smg that one shots just about everything right now. Lvl 26 Siren atm

1)Fire / corrosive - excellent damage on shields and for damage after time…
2)Blast
3)Electric
its a bit hard to choose, under certian condition i might say blast is the best i.e. you might have enimies that are resistant to the other elements, but to to plain explosive damage.
I wish I knew what explosion damage actually does. Like is it a flat damage modifier like x150% dmg on each bullet that procs? Other than that, yeah explosive seems the best cause it’s effective against anything, tho it’s probably not as good as fire against flesh and elec against raiders. I’m not sure what corrosive even does and I haven’t gotten many corresponding weapons with it.
Electric always rape shields but seems to do shit damage afterward. Corrosive always does awesome damage minus those fucks with the green shields that just tickles them, then I gotta switch out to my rocket launcher! Fire works decent overall, I can’t complain. A couple of critical hits and it eats shields up. Does good damage when the shield is down too.
I don’t think I have come across a mob that was resistant to blast? Maybe the skags with heavy armor plating but they still seem to take nice damage. I sorta noticed that even if your weapon doesn’t have an elemental element [lols], it will always do less damage than one that does. Because I have some sniper rifle that deals blast damage and another one higher level that “supposedly” does more damage by 50-100 or so. Yet I get extra and beefier crits with the blast sniper rifle.
Then again I’m using the Siren and she crits all the fucking time. She is my solo character. I got a healer bitch Solider that I use with my buddies.

krom valley…is that the sniping one? just hide and blow up his turret, he dies with it.
corrosive element does extra damage against armored units i.e. armored skags, lance mofos, etc. they also give 170% extra damage to any damage taken after it DOTs, so corrosive is actually prolly the best element out there, unless they have resistance to it. they do good dmg to shields and non-shields alike as well.
imo blast is the least effective element because the overall dmg output is small compared to a effective x4 DOT of fire/corrosive. and we all know shock is just for raping guardians. however if you dont like switching guns for your enemies then i guess blast would be the best since nobody really has resistance to it.

Well my level 19 character randomly turned corrupt…so I started over. Anybody else have this problem?
I got five orange weapons so far. Isn’t their a rarer weapon set? Pearl, right?
There’s yellow, orange, and dark orange. Darker = rarer
The pearl weapons are just weapons that should be one of the above but are glitched to have white names :looney:
just finished my first playthrough today with a hunter, got to lvl 36. overall i was pretty disappointed with the boss fights, especially the ending, wtf… i hope playthrough2’s ending is different

Fucking turrets.
Snipe the turrets. Reaver gave me a lil challenge, maybe cause I was a tad overleveld. I killed Krom from halfway across the canyon where he could’nt hit me =]

About two levels down, on the right, there is a big crate that you can hide behind, and snipe with impunity.
Krom was the easiest boss by far.
I’ll need to find or buy a sniper rifle.
