I just bought this game when I saw it at GameStop for 40 bucks. Never heard of it before but I shit when I saw it was Aksys. Did I make the right choice?

It was a good question honestly, since even if it was a good game, if the scene was dead on XBL(which from what I’m hearing it is), then it would be a bad choice.
So…it’s never coming to PS3 with online play?
I’m not too worried about online play. I got it as more of a casual fighter to play with friends who wont play SFIV.
But being a dick is sooooo much fun. Honestly though you should take my advice and play it for yourself seeing as you own it and everything as opposed to spending your free time asking people on a message board what they think of a game you already own.
No it wasn’t. He already said he bought the game so why shouldn’t he play it and form his own opinion about the game.
I know I sound like a jerk right now but I’m giving you my honest opinion. It’s a good game, that’s all you need to know. Now play it already.

Yo, if anyone feels like playing some, hit me up on XBL. rtsd NIGHTMARE is the tag. I’m mostly on SF4 but if I see an invite popping up for BF and I’m not busy in a player match vs. a buddy I’ll promptly join after finishing my match/training.

Sure, you can hit me up any time. I don’t really play SFIV, unless it’s by request. So you can bother me any time while I’m trying to learn Kage in VF5.
Rabbit: It’s a decent game. It’s nothing too spectacular, but I had some pretty fun matches with SlashCharlotte.
At this point, is it worth picking the game up? Newegg has it for $30 shipped and I’m thinking about trying it out. Looks like it could be some good casual fun with my roommates like SCII is. Online would be really nice though, is it really completely dead?

it’s a pretty fun game, with really good and creative animations 
it’s pretty simple though, not a lot of moves/command moves/varied supers, but against people in the same room (since online is probably slow) it’s good fun 
i just wish there were a few more characters
i hardly could ever find people online on this game 
it was good fun though while i had it.
Forgot to say this but, GGs to ReXXXSoprano. Had some pretty sweet moments there, I didn’t even know you could juggle Freeman’s dash punches! :looney: I’ll get you next time though!

^^ Online is pretty decent. The netcode is surprisingly good. It’s not as good as VF5 and HDR, but it gets the job done. Only online mode is 1v1 matches though.
Anyone else feels like it’s just a coincidence that Hakumen from BlazBlue and Deathbringer have the same Super?
