:bgrin: TOTALLY AWESOME, WORKED THE FIRST TRY! Thanks again man!
Thanks for the adapter, works great. I knew I should have kept that broken sixaxisā¦
hi. i hope i post this question in right topic)) if not than please show me where i can find info that i need. Please!
deal is. I try too create wireles multiconsole stick (ps3/xbox360). i try too connect all stick part to com port (25 pins) and wireles pads to another com ports (each pad on another com port). But i have falied(((( somehow start & home pressing simultaniosly and after that my sixasis pad going down. I mean itās pressing down button rapidly. other buttons work but itās allways pressing down button((
Please answer me if you can. Can i fix my pad (2 actualy now. second going left) and what i doing wrong?
Sorry for my newbness but could someone elaborate on this? Iām struggling to decide which TE stick to get, X360 or PS3, but I only have a PS3ā¦ I was thinking I could get the X360 and mod to be wireless PS3 + X360 if I ever need it, but more than the Axisdapter is required?
If you stick a sixaxis pcb into the x360 te, wouldnāt you have both pcbs available and just need to tap the switches to both?
Maybe I should ask, what is a common ground vs multiple grounds?
Looking to learn!
THanks
Quick but probably stupid question (as I am pretty sure Iām correct but would like confirmation just in case) ~
If I wanted to add 2 additional buttons, say using L1 & R1 (one on each side of my box) BUT still wanted to keep the L1 & R1 on the face, I could just use ājumper wiresā from either the switches themselves OR from the AXISdapter itself. Correct? Thank You for any assistance on this!
Edit: Already worked it out! As the post below showsā¦
Great Thread
Just thought I would share my modest mod
Here are the finished pics and some descriptions. I just have to decide/finalize what artwork I want to go with (which is why it still has the original Udon design) ~

I added the 2 buttons (L1 & R1) to each side because of an itch to play Pinball lately but with a bit more realismā¦which brings me to why I placed the SixAxiS properly so as to have the ājust in caseā either Zen Pinball, the upcoming Pinball Hall of Fame: The Williams Collection for PS3 (I already have it for the Wii & my PSP and LOVE it!) OR any future Pinball game ends up supporting it for shaking the tables. Basically so it wonāt be all screwed up if I would have just let it hang in the incorrect position.
I also plan to also use it for The Zero Game Project (Multi Console Emulator) on YDL 6.1 for PS3 as well as on my PC with Visual Pinball (PinMAME) for my all time favorite tableā¦Addams Family! I have been searching and waiting for a LOOONG time for a dev to make it, and one WAS in the process but it recently got canceled! Hopefully another company picks it up or is already working on itā¦but anyway I recently got the EMU working and playing it brings me back to when I was a Manager at an Arcade back in NY. Actually that explains why I prefer HAPP parts over Sanwa/Seimitsu since that isall that I have ever really used in American Arcades etc. Hell, I even prefer the standard HAPP buttons over the competition ones!..I know, I know but that is my preference but I may do my next one with either all Sanwa/Seimitsu stuff or a combo of them.

Thanks again, ShinJN, you rule!

is it possible instead of using the d-pad use the analog stick with the adaptor?
PACKAGE B and C IS SOLD OUT!
PACKAGE A STILL IN STOCK.
I do not plan on restocking Package B and C. Orders have been REALLY slow. I get about 1 or 2 a month. If I can find a place to make these really cheap, I will restock but as of right now, I will no longer be assembling these by hand because I no longer have the time.
I apologize for any inconvenience.
JayDucky, you are locked in for one Package C and Olivier snatched up the last 2 Package Cs.
Did you put something on Flatflex cable to stick in AXISDapter and Sixaxis PCB?
Up up
Iām a total newb at stick modding but just purchased the axis adapter completely assembled from Lizard Lick.
Trying to mod a SFIV TE stick but Iām a little unclear how to set up the wiring. Red Cometās screens are great but I canāt figure out where to put the ground for each button.
I understand they have to go into CMN-L or CMN-R, depending on which side theyāre on but am I going to have to splice the wires or just shove the wire into the same port?
If anyone has a picture of this wiring step specifically Iād appreciate it.
Will this help?

This page is definitely helpful but I just not sure how I would create those common black wires. Would I just have to ieave the parts connecting to the buttons as is and then teather them together where they connect to the axis adapter?
Thank you for your help. I just found something after a few hours of research http://www.darkravenwind.com/cdvision/images/quickdisc4.jpg
Your guide is even clearer.
Troubles
Hey guysā¦ so this is the 2nd axisdapter i have hooked up and the 5th fully custom stick Iāve made, and Iām having something weird happenā¦
i hooked everything up and for some reason the L1 button is acting as the square button, and the L2 is acting as the X buttonā¦ any idea whats going on here?
the X button and Square button both behave properly.
Iāve even disconnected the square and X buttons from the axisdapter and the L1 and L2 still act as square and X respectively. I used a stray wire to hook each button up by touching it to the + lead of the button and the top of the screw terminal on the axisdapter and i get the same result.
Iām baffled and canāt figure this outā¦ any chance the board is no good or has a lead or 2 crossing?
Iām hoping theres an easy fix because i told my friend id have this done by tomorrowā¦:wasted:
