I have no way of knowing 100% if it will or won’t; I havent done it. I can tell you that the material in that battery is the same material as the one in the sixaxis. I can tell you that the voltage the battery provides is identical to the one in the sixaxis. I can tell you that the JST connector in the product photo looks, to me, exactly like the one used in the sixaxis. I can only say that I think it will work, but I could be wrong. (storage on that battery is about 3.3x the storage of an original sixaxis battery)

I haven’t read the entire thread yet (getting there, a latecomer to this) but sixaxis pads are becoming increasingly harder to find now - I couldn’t find one at all when I went looking recently. The last time I saw them in a brick-and-mortar store near me was a few months back, at a Target on clearance. I wish I’d known then I’d want a couple.
The priority mail international small flat rate box orders I shipped last week should be in your hands some time this week. For some reason, the track and confirm system doesn’t update the customs barcode number. I asked the post office where I dropped it off at and they said that it doesn’t work all the time. So please let me know when you guys get them.

What this means is that the SIXAXIS pcb is not common ground. In english, it means you cannot use a single connection to feed ground to all the buttons and directions. So I hope you do not plan on attempting a dual system mod with this.
Yup. The only places you can really get them now are Gamestops and other places that sell used accessories. The only problem is that they charge you freakin $40 dollars. WTF?!

Thats because Canadian customs :rolleyes: (whatever they are called) is verrrrrrry slow. Stuff from Lizardlick takes about 3 weeks to get to me … and that is when he is not back-ordered.

I’ve been working on this thing for hours and am just brain fried; I supect the quality went down as the steps go on I don’t know what it is, but I could code for hours and be happy as a clam, but the moment I have to write English and describe things my brain just shuts down. Please, all feedback, especially constructive feedback of what needs to be described better is definitely appreciated. ShinJN, there’s no need to recreate all over, so if you have drawing, pictures, or input, we can easily make this equally applicable to both boards, or all three if you count your newer one. Throw it my way and I’ll add it up.
