Man, the Ducks look so terrible so far. Yes, I expected their defense to be bad. Terrible, even, especially considering Lydman is out and we lost Sutton in the first game (and Lubomir Visnovsky already left this Blues game, yay). But I really expected more out of Jonas Hiller, and I really really expected more out of Ryan Getzlaf, Corey Perry, Bobby Ryan, Teemu Selanne, and Saku Koivu. I mean thatās not a bad lineup! In fact imo itās a better set of forwards than most teams in the league, good enough for top 10 in scoring last year. And yet Koivu just scored the Ducksā second goal all season in this, their third game. He actually has both goals, and his one today was unassisted, so a grand total of THREE Ducks players have points so far. And one of them is an 18 year old defenseman in Cam Fowler. Opponents: 11. Ducks: 2.
