his hours are pretty random, that’s why i said “usually” if you show up at say 5:00pm on the dot you may have to wait for him to show up.
I was just providing more evidence that his hours are totally random, thought everyone would like to know that he opens at a definite time from now until the 21st. You’re right about the waiting, it’s a hassle, but he knows you won’t leave lol.
