You don’t take into consideration the scaling thats done when you lose more health, its more than +50, which is substantial. The only thing thats diff is online turtle seths have died and you need 2-3 more hits to stun lol. In excahnge you get higher health a much more powerful u1 and lightning legs takes off noticeably more. Seth is better imo.

No invincibility on tortilla hurts him, but run > stop recovers more quickly now, standing/crouching jab have 4F start up and chain cancel into themselves and apparently Tostada Press recovers more quickly. You can’t EX Guac out as easily because of the increased recovery and Ultra 2 is pretty ass. I always liked Ultra 1 better anyway.
Edit: Also according to some players, a lot of his normals are faster now, which means he has some semblance of a ground game.

he potentially has the unlock code now, but i don’t know if it works or not cause he didn’t want to try it while people are playing.
