I do believe that is his launcher not to mention he has an investigation special where he just WALKS FORWARD AND TALKS WITH HIS PAPERS IN HIS HAND F and that did 8 hits…

Hints for young Wright alt costume?
Anyone else notice that the PW player apparently couldn’t ever combo after “OBJECTION!”?
It only staggers on counter hit too…
But like Hulk, looks like PW gets full screen WallxxGround bounce combos as he can cancel his dash into a jump…
Oh, and that weird squeak/sniffle sound effect after his launchers is gonna get annoying… 
If Frank gets his trolley as an assist then I can see Wright and Frank being best friends.
So I’m not sure but can PW only do his Objection stance mode when he has more than 3 bars and all the evidence? I didn’t see one time in the trailers when he activated it with less than 3 bars.
Also, the reason why I say PW needs his level 3 is because it hits full screen. That alone makes it very hard for a lot of characters to approach and PW’s Objection stance would be not as good without that.
Oh man I would give anything to be sneezed on by PHOENIX WRIGHT!!! Those heroes don’t realize just how lucky they are.

I’m doing some theoryfighter for point Wright.
I’m thinking the best thing to do with him really is put his ass on point with a lockdown assist and an area denial assist… so right now the team I’m thinking is solid is Wright/Trish (hold trap)/Ammy (iceballs), which are mostly self-explanatory in use.
Bonus: Trish’s Adrian Andrews costume + Ammy’s Missile costume.

So basically an entire team dedicated to protecting one character so said character can build up enough power to unleash their ridiciliously powerful form and get a huge advantage in the battle.

I just keep imagining like any keepaway character PW is going to have a tough time against teleporters, especially since Maya is his main form of protection while he collects evidence.

As someone who has been doing Frank West research, I’m curious. Can you explain more what you’re thinking about with this idea? I’m guessing you’re going on “Cart is a OTG wallbounce in TvC, which will help Wright’s combos”, but I wanted to be sure.

Well it’s pretty much that and plus it’s pretty fast. Wright got an OTG with Maya but it’s seems so slow.
I think the wallbounce could really help Wright.
Guys seriously, between Maya shield and Gold Armor Hsien Ko swinging in, nothing’s getting through that shit except full screen random beam hypers. Barring those, it seems like a pretty good shell for collecting evidence. Doctor Strange and his billion and a half projectiles could add to the trickeration as well.
So many possibilities…
