^^theres a lot of references to maya and PW being a “supposed” couple in the other 2 games, although that is always coming from her younger cousin pearly (who is like 8) so its pretty much taken as childhood naiveity, nothing with any substance.
also the circumstances surrounding Phoenix and Mayas meeting and her relation to Mia etc… they are basically like family to each other. i believe in Phoenix Wright

It’s hard to tell because the words are nearly interchangeable and I’m almost certain that even in Vanilla characters didnt always say the same thing for their hypers (although it usually depends on if they were DHCed into or not). Nonetheless nothing wrong with playing PW again.
Yeh it’s just from Pearl. Maya might think Nick’s handsome or something and tell Pearl every now and then, but it’s all child’s play. Wright’s never like “Oh yeh little Maya, I think you looks good…oh yeh perv it up…”
And I think it’s “Got a bad feeling.” Meaning he’s got a bad feeling about Maya going out there. A lot of times she would act out on her own and do stuff that Wright didn’t agree with, and that’s probably the little story about what’s happening in this super too and why he’s saying that.
Although even that could be interpreted weird if someone wants it to be.
I mean it is kind of hard to tell, but if I had to guess it would be “Got a bad feeling…” That’s what I heard first, and it fits with his character. “Not a bad feeling…” or “Not a bad view…” would just be too weird for Nick to say in that situation to Maya.

Oh well I’ll find a good quote from the game probably and his lvl3 is fucking awesome just because it works like gravity cheese. My only problem is if it’s a dp motion since I suck at rdps.
I was just thinking, since it seems that Phoenix went through Sent’s armor on his cr.M with objection in the first gameplay trailer(or atleast that’s what it looked like, correct me if I’m wrong) Maybe it goes through and activates turnabout even if the opponent uses any armor move? This would make up for part of the risk involved with the move. If so, it would be funny using that against Nemesis’ Wall Destroyer hyper.
Hmmm I see what your saying. It’s hard to tell if it’s hitting while Sent’s armor is still active or not. That move loses it’s armor after a little while.
But I could see this happening. After all it seems like it just has to connect for the turnabout to start, and hitting super armor is still connecting.
^using the lvl 3 too soon is a waste imo. I’d wanna keep the threat of it at bay for people to RESPECT MAH AUTHORITAH. turnabout mode is like a lesser version of DP Rises with more finger pointing, so it’s a serious threat if you can get to it.
It really depends on the situation. I meant as if the players were on their last two characters and someone tried to body PW but he blocked, XFGCed, OBJECTION! xx lvl3. I never use a lvl3 unless Im trying to make sure I get the kill or its the last person.
that’s true. what’s the startup on the level 3 anyway? if it’s 0-frame like Doom’s then yeah you could get away with XFGC into level 3, especially with that snapback tech being nerfed.
I think it’s going to be hard to XFGC into his level 3 though, because from the looks of things, once the initial OBJECTION hits to start turnabout mode, the screen freezes and you can’t continue to combo. It doesn’t even look like he can XF it. The only way he could do it is if he’s already in turnabout mode, or maybe with the help of an assist.
I wonder how his level 3 would look if it caught two or 3 characters would it just show one of them being accused or would it show them all at the same time?
I’ve been reading around gamefaqs and a few people imagine shuma to be PW’s best assist because of the good defense it provides against teleporters, firebrand and Strange’s Vashanti.
