I don’t think they’re that immediate, but I haven’t really paid attention to those to be honest. At the latest, it will probably come at the beginning of next week though. I remember they’ve been pretty close behind the official reveal and this will probably be the same, especially with Maximilian all over the new characters already as well.

So does PW only have two hypers? The level 1 judge’s hammer and then the level three which he needs three pieces of evidence and a successful objection to use? Also, is it just me or once he has said evidence and objection, his moves change significantly (For the better)?
EDIT: I have since been corrected, he does have the second level one hyper where Maya comes out and sissy slaps your opponent… high comedy value 
OMG Wright alt with Yomiel (Sissel) as Wright, Lynne as Maya, and MISSILE! as Missile! It makes no goddam sense but fuck me if I wouldn’t give Capcom $20 for that costume alone.
During investigation mode he has that Maya Rush Hyper it seems.

My only regret is that Nick doesn’t have a super where he cracks the dude with some kind of ladder, or possibly step-ladder.
I think I have an idea as to how Phoenix’s evidence thing works. This is just speculation, of course.
As far as I can tell, any piece of evidence that Phoenix picks up (other than food, which is apparently eaten immediately to recover his red health) can be used to enter his Pursuit Mode. He can use the three attack buttons to pick up evidence for the different folders (so L would be the left folder, M the middle folder, and H the right folder). Similarly, he can throw the evidence as projectiles using the same attack button, maybe doing the same motion for picking them up. QCF, maybe?
To enter Pursuit Mode, Phoenix has to enter Courtroom Mode and land an Objection! This will probably be his QCF+S special. Because of the way evidence is gathered, I doubt that this will be an unblockable attack. Phoenix would be too broken otherwise. He should be able to combo into it using a Magic Series to Maya OTG, and since hitting it cancels his lag on the move he could probably relaunch with it. What I don’t know is if Phoenix can do his Objection! move without the 3 pieces of evidence.
Each piece of evidence have different properties to them when thrown. I don’t know what they are specifically, but it’ll probably be something like Hsien-Ko’s Anki-Hou. What I’ve seen, however, is that Phoenix’s Level 3, which uses the three pieces of evidence, can actually do less than 400k. I think this is dependent on what items are used to do the level 3. So by that token, I think Phoenix’s Level 3 can do anywhere between 250k-500k. That’s just a guess, though.

I’d be absolutely baffled if Phoenix’s level 3 could go that low, given the range on MODOK’s level /1/ that has setup requirements goes up to like 450.
Where did you see it doing such anemic damage?
