Heya! What’s going on!!! I leave for a few weeks and people are making matches for me? LOL It’s all cool, yeah Keith, ever since I stopped going to BC for 3s and CVS2 and since ATM SpiderTao refuses to play me at MVC2 (LOL) I decided to pick up the game full time since it’s obviously the most popular game in the area. I always lose to Kuenai because I don’t have a copy of the game anymore (I had PS2 version so it didn’t count really) and all I get to do is learn combos by reading up and then trying them in the middle of matches… LOL. Yeah, since I’ve switched to MVC2 as my game of the moment I feel I should be in the #1 contenders spot for worst player in the NW let alone Seattle LOL. Well I think we might just be there on the 4th so look forward to seeing my lame ass there. Yeah Keith I can probably do a couple $10 race to 5’s with you eh? See you all then! (I hope)
Depends on what parts you use. Just parts and a relatively small fee for the labor, then shipping (unless you wanna get it at a meet at Zach’s or something). If you’re going the way of most of the guys around here with Happ parts (P-360 and the 58-961_-L buttons, It’ll cost you around $75-80 plus shipping (fifty-something for the Happ parts + casing + labor). PM me with the details of your stick, and I’ll see what I can do. Keep in mind, if you want a badass stick, you might want to check the vets first.

Playsation or DC (I can make you a spare PCB for either that ISN’T buggy like he MAS DC sticks. That means no converter and no lag :tup:)
Happ or Sanwa? (American style or Japanese style. Happ has the optical P360)
Color of buttons/ top design (I’m still working on how I’m gonna do that part…)/ Analog control yes/no? (only for DC, PS I can’t do :sad:)

I plan on getting swept by Kuenai, losing $20, and then losing $10 (is that amount agreed upon?) in the MM to Paullee. Frank will laugh at me. Zach will ban me from all future gaming nights. The someone’s going to exhume my old dog, and Bunkei will fuck it. This Friday’s going to be harsh. If you’ve never seen an grown man cry, be sure to show up–and play in the tournament! There’s no reason not to play if you’re into fighting games.
The Marvel tournament begins at 9PM. Be sure to bring the correct amount for entrance fees, since I don’t really carry change. Tell your friends and make sure they show up on time.

Yeah I haven’t had any practice for ST since Julien Beaseley (sp?) steamrolled my ass at Nate’s house, hopefully I can win some money in poker to make up for my videogame suckitude though.

Absolutely. Preppy’s next poker night is this Friday. The first post in this thread and his poker thread should keep you informed of tournament dates. The MvC2 tournament will begin at 9PM (don’t be late again Rattana), and ST should start sometime after midnight. Last time ST began at 12:20, if that helps you plan your evening. There’s a $5 entry fee for Marvel, $1 for ST, and please bring correct denomination since I don’t carry change.
If nothing else, come and see me get humiliated in my money matches against Kuenai and MyNameisPaullee.
