AwesomeJones, yeah I see the point. I think I miss read your post. So, currently I will keep the current rules within the same tier (champion loses, he goes down one spot and cycles everyone out)
If a champion allows someone to challenge him outside of their tier, if you lose only then will you go down to the bottom tier!!
yes that does sound a little more fair then the extreme bottom, at least you are still in the tier and it can be a little fun allowing some special fights outside of tier. Remember the champion can make any challenge rules he wants if someone is challenging outside of the tier!!!

Shawn, I would love to play whenever we can. As for this ranking thing you can have my spot because as of right now I have no desire to really try and climb that ladder. I have been really busy with school and all that so actually COLE if you could just keep me on the list but put me in dead last. When I have time to focus more on street fighter ill start to move up but for the time beings its all casuals.

yeah its cool Kuenai, I just added Duncan. Only because I know he is northwest and he is bored over on the EC right now. Anyone from the NW can get on the list, I just wanted people to make the request then to just add peoples names. Last time I tried to just add names, people had issues about it and complained, so if you want on the list, BAM you are on Kuenai.
