I’m pretty much gonna stick with Jill/Modok/Ammy and Jill/Hulk_Dorm/Shuma. I’m pretty much done with testing out any team combinations I could consider effective, as far as teams with characters I enjoy that I
could make as cheap as possible lol. Now I just need to start really squeezing the nectar out of these teams
to see all that is possible with them, so far they are the cheap factor I was looking for.

here and there. My main is Haggar/Dorm/Hawk. So when I started jill i used her with 2 of those 3, and it forced me to learn the other 2 way better without lariat. Now I experiment with a few Jill/???/Hawk teams trying to figure out what feels best. I think i’ve seen you post about jill/dorm before, if you want a quick breakdown of that particular shell:
Machine gun > Chaotic is great for sniping happy birthdays
They both have easy combo extensions off eachother’s assists (Arrow kick/Dark Hole)
With arrow kick assist, and set-up correctly, you can combo 2 chaotic flames at end of combo with Dorm
Raven Spike > Sphere allows for dormammu to stock 3 spells and leave opponent full screen, without knowing what spells you have
Drawbacks:
DHC from Dorm to Jill is booty
Dark hole can be ok for jills pressure game but doesnt help close the gap into her mix-up pressure
Dark hole leaves dorm on screen for a while as well, if called incorrectly during a f.c. + assist mix-up he’s a meat shield
Both characters rely heavily on having an assist, so the 3rd (anchor specifically) should be pressure based with solo comeback potential

The only Ironman teams I liked corky were Modok/IM/Doom or Sent. Those were the two I enjoyed in the lab when I was learning him for a bit.
Having a bad dhc from Dorm into Jill is something Angelics team would have in common from Dorm to Logan in comparison.
Its the shell of Dorm/Shuma that I think is overall better and more reliable shell to fall back on. My main Jill teams mainly take the shells from moonz and angelics team.
I also wanted 2 second slot characters that had TAC infinites, and that had a lot going for them as a character.
Dunamis101: i like the dorm shuma shell as well, unfortunately, i no longer have shuma as an available character, and cant get because the dlc is gone I did like what i could play of him when able to, his beam assist is so stupid good i dont get why more people pick him up. plus inv. back dash frames and being able to do multiple hypers per combo. i hope you get the jill shuma synergy going, plus with his ray assist that works for both neutral and anti-air, you have a wider range of options for your 3rd.
That sucks to hear you can’t get the dlc anymore as well. I think I just need to get solid with Dorm and the team will be even scarier. I need to make a video of some things I’ve been messing around with in the lab.
For the most part I’ve found that the other character always has to do the damage for her unless your resetting. I actually recommend you use Ammy for your team, lol. I didn’t know you were messing around with Shuma in the lab. You can do the same type of c.h mixups from the got potential video.
Although, I will not really be using hulk much. I’m trying to find something with Jill/Dorm/Shuma as far as a air to ground is concerned. You can do the same thing with spit fire assist and Ammy. Spitfire works even better actually. I actually didn’t have to super but it helped with hit stun so Hulk could follow up. You can also use flip kick to continue the air to ground after the initial confirm when you reach the ground.
Dat $10 team. I’m going to try Jill / Log / Triple arrow, it may help better than Unibeam. Because IM is really hard to play :(. Been using him since Vanilla and I still can’t get anything going with him.
Yeah IM is hard to play and tier wise I think he needs more than just Jill. Which is why I use him with Modok and Doom. You will get great mix ups with triple arrow though. I would also recommend Ammy for that team she gives the lockdown that team needs especially if you’ve seen tonosamas vids.
I still can’t find anything with Jill / Akuma. Anyone got anything? I’m thinking of running Jill / Strange / RR. I STILL haven’t learned Strange yet, but I think it would work.
I’ve seen both Alukard and Paulow3b use akuma with jill and the biggest benefit I remember was an extension to a multi-super akuma combo and human projectile for akumas teleport mixups. I like to snipe happy b-days with mgs, dhc to akumas srk super, and xfactor cancel combo for the kill + lots of meter. Tahatsu assist has been hard to consistently combo off of but great on block. Akuma is one of my two favorite characters but usually replaces Jill as my point when I play him. And hello… I haven’t seen much of your game but what I have, I’ve enjoyed.
