So now that Super is out and online actually seems to be a step up from vanilla I figured this would be a great time to get the Online directory going and get everyones gamer tags consolidated and organized.
Plus this will help make it easier to find someone to challenge for Afrodojo rankings for those of us in WA.
I would encourage the Oregon and Idaho Peeps to get on here too. We don’t discriminate! :bgrin:
Word on the street is that the Oregon to Washington connection is pretty smooth.
Update 5/3/10: Thanks Danny for color coding the chart. I actually wasn’t planning on you having to do anything. I didn’t actually realize that you were planning on it. So I just wanted to thank you for everything.
I will be getting online tonight to start adding people. Hopefully we’ll get some stuff going soon!
Update 6/2/10 After playing CodenameV online and discussing some things on this thread about our matches I learned some new things and it’s something I would like to see continue. It’s a good opportunity to become better players ourselves and to help our opponents improve as well. I would like to encourage people to post up here after matches and help each other out. Seems like as good a place as any to do so. Also, I can’t wait for the tournament update. I think that is coming this month sometime!
Previous Updates
[details=Spoiler]10/20/10 Update: Sorry I haven’t been on as much lately. I started lifting weights again and am still getting acclimated to the new routine. I’ll be on tomorrow after work if anyone wants to get some games in though. We are up to 54 people on the list now, so I’ll try to add some more tomorrow as well.
Update 5/10/10: Tomorrow is Tuesday Night Fights. If you see someone come online, send them an invite and lets get some big groups going. I’ll be getting on after work myself so I hope to see a lot of people online.
We are tossing around some ideas for having host houses were people can come to play. Read second page for more info. Once we get things figured out I will update the OP with the info.
Also: I need to know how to make spoiler tags. I would like to compile the old updates into a spoiler bar and just have the newest update visble.
Update 5/4/10: We are going to try to have tuesday’s be the official online fight night. The plan will be to have Team Battles or maybe Endless Battles going on. These will be going on throughout the week as well, but we are going to try and have this be the day for some epic Team/Endless battles with you fellow SRKers. So be sure to get on and check it out!
Edit: Just to clarify, I’m hoping that by having one night set aside, it will bring a lot of people on Xbox and PSN. So if you see someone get on be sure and send them an invite. There is nothing really official about it. Just hoping to get a lot of people on once a week to get some events going.

there is this thread that was created recently: http://www.shoryuken.com/showthread.php?t=231199
and this old one: http://forums.shoryuken.com/showthread.php?t=201606
my 2 cents would be to cross reference them or talk to RAFA(the maker of the recent thread) and combine the info so there isnt multiple threads on the same topic, if i hadnt just put my info in RAFA’s thread i would post it here.
dont get me wrong its a good idea, and tbh i dont think(atm at least) that RAFA is listing gamertags. maybe you could combine ideas and and decide on 1 thread with both of you working on it, that’d insure its always up to date(and less work for both of you).
Edit: nice link, keeps the OP nice and neat. we have to get some spoiler tags goin in the Oregon thread.
Yeah. I noticed that it’s not organized with gamertags and you still have to go through all the posts to find gamertags.
@ RAFA if you see this get at me and we’ll try and get something organized.
I’m tempted to just dig through the forums and post all the gamertags I find, but people have new mains and some people might not want to be listed or something.
I did location first because I figured that matters more to people in most instances. I’ll try to sort the list every day or so by location and then name.
We can add characters and such if you want, but I don’t think anyone is too picky about that just yet.
I went onto the Oregon and Idaho threads and let them know about it. Hope to see more of them post up. From what I’ve heard, the connection between Oregon and Washington is pretty smooth. Haven’t heard anything from the Idaho people though.
Edit: I was thinking about it and we should try to plan a team battle or maybe when the tournament mode comes out do a tournament or something. Should be fairly easy to plan. I mean all you have to do is be home. Anyway, just a thought.
i would be down for a regular online night, like you said “all you have to do is be home” and if anyone gets sick of the lag they can always watch and talk with the sweet lobbies SF4 has now.
Added a choice at the end for XBL, PSN, or Both. I also colored the names according to which status you have making people of whatever category easier to find. I have to kidn of do it automatically, but it won’t be too much of a hassle to check it every day or so.
Jalapn0 is his own special category, having neither an XBL or a PSN name.
