Yeah, starting to waver on the BBQ thing. The time I spent in the presence of bad apples from our scene yesterday kinda made me not want to commit as much of my resources to buying things to feed people like dann. Might just hold a couple of gaming session this week instead.
Pool D is gross if they think they had the hardest bracket, one look at Pool A can tell real story.
Running Pool A was hella fun though, thanks to the folks that made it easier for me.

It wasn’t people from pool D who told me that the pool was rough. It was people from other pools who glanced at the bracket that dubbed it the bracket of death.
I think Pablo is out of town this weekend. And he’s one of the guys who regularly bring his own gear. Without him, that’s probably one less setup. Since plenty of people always show up expecting to play on the equipment of others’, I’m not sure about holding something on the weekend.

Just wanted to say a BIG Thanks to Brent for putting this together. AWESOME tourney!! I also wanna say thanks to the other peeps that helped organize/run the brackets. Another thanks to people that donated setups, games, time, etc. And a final big thanks to Munky Shyan and Play N Trade for talking and helping out. Was nice to see and talk to another fellow Anet’er man.

Also wanted to say Pool D for SF4 was a beast!! I struggled with EVERY SINGLE match. Nothing for free. Good shit to James (Red Venom) especially. I got lucky more than a few times. We both know it. Sorry about my scrubbyness, but playing on the big screen made me nervous as hell. And GGs to Air. You wrecked me, but still had enough respect to bow and shake hands. Mad pro. Next time I’ll try to make it a challenge.

Fatbear won 3S, HellSap got 2nd in GGXX, and there were two whiteys in the top 3 of HDR (too bad the black man be keeping us down, and by us I mean me)
I dunno, our Bison mirror matches are pretty silly, they’re like nothing but throws and jumping Strongs all over the place 
But yeah we had some very exciting and close matches. I’m not sure I DESERVED to win, as I got hella fucking lucky with some of that magic ST randomness, like that jumping roundhouse that did nearly 25% damage at the end of the round (maybe I’m overestimating a bit). Or that ridiculous “combo” I got at the very end that dizzied you. It was crazy. And silly.
I secretly beast at some games that nobody really cares about. When someone does care about what I’ve done in one of those games though, it makes me feel special. :smokin: You rule Pablo, too bad I didn’t see much of you during the day. 
I need to make a bigger post about other stuff but I don’t feel like doing it yet ehhhh

Paying for holding the tournament. Things like the venue cost and table rentals. With all the games combined, it goes a very long way towards helping to pay for it, and each player doesn’t lose that much.
Yeah man, Rohins is pretty active in WA. He travels between WA and FL quite a bit. He goes to Gameclucks monthlies if you want to enter one of them, and he’ll 99% be at Tourneyplay 3, which will have SF4, too.
