I only registered for SFIV, but was curious if i decided to sign up for another game the day of the tournement. Would i have to pay the $5 late registation fee.

If Paypal isn’t working for you, then you can definitely register the day of, but it really helps out a lot if people can register before the tournament. Registering with Paypal means we can start to seed brackets ahead of time, get a more accurate count of how many to expect for each tournament and plan run times and setups around entry numbers, and it creates a solid list of registers, since day of registeration can get messy and cause inaccuracies. The fewer people register the day of, the quicker we can get to running tournaments, since registering 100 people that morning would be a pain.
