Even if it isn’t for money, I kinda wanna have some serious sets vs the bosses in KOF. I feel like I’m finally getting more control over my characters and the game engine in general. I want to get really good at this game.

Anyone from Wilmington thinking of going to WNB tomorrow? I’ve been unable to attend events for awhile, but I wanna get in some good competition before I head home to UFGT next month. I have a car and would split gas with whoever wants to ride with me.
Well, from what blake is saying, it sounds like me and you have the same problem. Just recognizing when the opponent has made an adjustment and adjusting your game will go a long way. You’re doing good though.

I’d just like to let you guys know that I haven’t been 100% serious at WNB. In fact I’ve been going easy on most of your to protect your delicate egos, especially the older players that feel like they’re entitled to victory because of their history with KoF. Mostly I have been trying stuff I’ve been testing in training, but once I finish getting my KoF fundamentals, when those are attached to the damage and setups I already have, there will be no hope of victory.

I can’t go to the WNB. I was hoping it’d be a little closer and I could walk, but it’s 8 miles away. I can’t drive and most of my family is unreliable, so I have no ride there or back. Maybe it’ll end up moving closer or something. Have you guys always done it there?

There’s likely a few people that could pick you up, especially if you’re that close. There’s also public transportation. Not ideal, but it can get you there.
