As for Darrell… he’s good but I’ve come up and beat all the people I’ve ever set out to beat in every game I’ve taken seriously in recent years. I don’t think KoF is going to be any different. Just give me time =)

also 7K, im not trying to deter you from going to EZ but if you really want to get some competition wait until one of the nights where it can be planned for more people to be there or wait for one of the tournaments. where are you located?
I’m a two hours drive south of Fayetteville. I really don’t care how many is there, as long as some good competition is there. Where I’m currently at, I get no competition at all. It’s driving me crazy - I can’t stand these below average performances I’ve been giving at tournaments, but that ain’t going to change when I’m playing with folks who aren’t taking the game seriously.

I’m 100% to carpool for Brawl at the Beach and Final Round. I’m also 100% to room if that’s okay. I will say Jeff did offer me to split the room, but if I can cut down on the price and save some money I would like to do that. Plus since he’s leaving Sunday my alternative of staying in the lounge Sunday night playing Pokemon Yellow the entire time could then be discarded.
Also after the Tekken tournament this past weekend I don’t plan on sleeping at all, if much, at Final Round so mainly I would need a corner to keep my stuff and be able to shower.

I like to think of myself as Travis Touchdown from No More Heroes and everyone else is the other ranked assassins. Hopefully I don’t find out the top ranked player is my dad or long lost sister at the end though.
Hey, I’m a new SF4 player in Boone and I’m looking for other players in the area, preferably ones that can help me be not horrible at this game. I’m willing to travel some, like maybe to Hickory occasionally, but local is always preferable. I kind of get the feeling that there aren’t many people who play out here but hey, I can’t find out if I don’t ask~
