For the one Iori finisher we are talking about, the motion detection in the year it was introduced (2001 I think) was so unforgiving that for most people (ie everyone except Saisyu ;)), spamming qcf+P over and over was more reliable than actually doing the motion. They fixed that in 2002. As for other mashable moves in KOF13, the only one I can think of off the top of my head is Chin’s stance change into double-hit punch (d, d+P, P). I’ve tried and tried to get this on point, but the only way I can reliable combo 2-3 of these is just spamming d and P over and over.
I apologize for not coming. But like I said I couldn’t make any guarantees. I’m still preparing for school. On satuday I took my car in for an inspection and there we some complications with that, I also tried to upgrade the ram on my laptop but there were complications with that as well and now its currently at a computer shop (I’m typing on my mom’s laptop right now). So saturday ended up being more work than expected. But I’m good now. Just give me the day, either tuesday or wednesday and I’m good.
Tom and I have a dope condo in Charlotte now. Trying to take all ur 3soe moniez!!! Also, we’ll probably start having gatherings here at some point in time, just need to figure out the best day and everything.
I don’t personally do a ton of mash in kof outside of mash- centric moves.
Iori’s maiden masher thing is pretty easy to just spam the input for though, although the timing is different (unless this is a different move…)
You generally do not, DO NOT want to be vulnerable in kof games; there is just too much rushdown potential for your opponent there, and especially so now with the a groove-like craziness in 13.
KOf 11 ftw btw.
NGBC is also good. Working to get better in 97, 98, and 02.
2000 does not get enough love imo.
Um, as a random question who likes guilty gear? We are bringing ggxxac to the next NCBC and I’m wondering if it would be popular enough for a side tourney.
