@xS A M U R A Ix: I understood what you meant. If people stay close enough to me I’d rather drive out to their place so they could avoid having to go out of their way to pick me up. The carpool just helps reduce the gas price for long drives for me. According to Mapquest you stay down the street from me so driving out your way would make more sense. That leads me to…
@Orochi_Negro: If you’re driving out to the RESE tournament then if Dale can contact me with his address in time what I can see about doing is picking him up and meeting at your place. All I ask from him is to help chip in with some of the gas considering that the amount of driving to pick him up and meet at your place would be pretty much equal to me driving out to EZ myself. That way instead of you having to backtrack we can meet up with you, you can go back to your place and rest after the tournament while I drop Dale off on my way back, and then I can meet with you Sunday for the RESE tournament. Mapquest says you’re about an hour and EZ is about an hour and 20 minutes from me. RESE is about two and a half hours away for me, so I want to try and reduce the price on gas for that trip.

This tier list is very nice. Don’t see much to disagree with. Hard choice between putting taskmaster or akuma first… I guess it goes to health.

Whoa you’re actually coming out? Shoot for 6:30-7.
And yeah I think Task is a bit more solid than Akuma just as a character, while akuma offers awesome assists and being a great anchor, but I think in the end Task will be a more threatening character. He’s one of the few that actually can lame it out pretty well in this game. Akuma minus x factor and meter for beams is gonna do what? Random tatsu’s / overheads (overhead is unblockable on me though FYI lol)? He’s got tyrannosaurus arm reach so it’s a bit harder for him to just get in there and be dangerous.

I think Sentinel and Akuma are too high. All they have are assists going for them. I think a better idea would just be listing the best teams.
ie. Variations of Phoenix Teams, Wolv/Akuma, Shulk/Tron, Team JWong, MSS, Anthrax, etc.
Ehh look at the characters in the tiers below them though. Do you really think those characters are as good as sent and akuma?

Looks pretty good. My main point of contention is Wolverine; I’d consider putting him in S, tbh. I don’t know if he’s as good as Phoenix, but I think he’s definitely better than Dante or Mags. Outside of that I’d bump X23 and Spidey up a tier and knock Doom down one. I’m torn as to where I’d put Ammy, but that being the case, she’s probably where she belongs.

Second, please forgive me cause I was a little upset when I asked you about the Friday session at Jos’ place and when I PMed twice I heard no response. Just found out the problem was that I’ve been sending it to “Damage Points” not “DamagePoints.” facepalm I think seppuku was invented for guys like myself at times such as this. I spend the day testing software, run to the store to pick up some extra equipment, then get back to find out that my computer doesn’t want to work normally. Maybe it just doesn’t want to leave the house or something, but I just can’t figure out why it worked well until now. Anyways, off I go.
