I have another sponsor for the Gvegas tournament. Videogame Cavern, a local supplier of Rare videogames dating back to the Magnovox Odyssey. They will be there with giveaways and some rare games for sale. They also sale most new games for about $5 less that bigbox retailers. Playstation RPG’s Rare Fighting Games, Controlers, Cables, if you are looking for it chances are they will have it. This store is great and i am glad they are going to have a table at the event.

**Indeed, I am hosting a gathering tomorrow (Thursday) in the UNCG library, 2nd floor group study rooms. They have glass fronts and are visible from the elevator, you should be able to spot us just fine. If you’ve never been, the library is the tall white building and there is parking nearby via a parking garage on Stirling (St?/Rd? I forget). The duration will be from 6-9:30, the library closes at 10 and I want to respect them. We have two good TVs available for us and that should be enough for the people I’m expecting. Last time, we had 7 people show up and had a mini tournament in SF4, which ain’t bad for session 2. I’m able to provide a PS3, one TE stick, a couple controllers, and most of the games you’d expect (I don’t have Tekken 6 for PS3). I hope to see us continue the trend of growing exponentially.

So is August 20th the official date for the next EZ tournament or is it subject to change? Also, for those going to the VA tournament how is the competition suppose to be there? I haven’t heard much about it besides carpool stuff.
I’m interested in going to VA this weekend. Who still has space to carpool?
