Saturday is good for me. Have to go to the opening party for the furniture market here in High Point tomorrow night.
Also, what’s the exact day that Arcana gets released? I can chip in if someone’s sharing an account.

To my information I was told April 5th. However there are people saying there hasn’t been an official day decided on yet as well.
Also how do people feel about this recent interview with Ono… I can kind of understand but it worries me a bit.
"You said that Street Fighter IV 3D is a stepping stone. Where do you want to take Street Fighter?
Until very recently fighting games have been a niche. In order to play you needed to understand all the rules, you had to know exactly what to do in every situation. The genre has been isolating itself from non-hardcore gamers. But I want Street Fighter to be a tool, like playing cards or a chess board ? you just need the pieces and everyone can play, not just the elite. It will take a few more generations to get to that utopian point, but what the 3DS has done is enable me to take the first step toward my grand scheme. "
The TL;DR is SF is niche, fighting games are isolating itself from non hardcore gamers, I want everyone to have a chance not just the good players.
Welcome to Die.
I read comments like this and I can feel my brain cells dying. It’s not pleasant. If you’re being serious, you have no idea what you’re talking about. If you’re joking, then your joke sucks.
God, I hate the Internet.
HAVE to go? I would die to go, fucking picking at market samples like a dirty peasant out of showroom warehouses is sooooo D rank. :annoy:
I mean he is Akuma with a hopkick, from a design standpoint.
Akuma already has a hopkick.
You are wrong, sir. No air fireball. No demon flip. Stinky teleport. His divekick has different hitboxes and properties. He doesn’t even have the same ground game because he’s missing stand HK and his sweep only looks like Akuma’s, it’s not as fast. He can’t vortex because air Tatsu blows the opponent away from him on hit and he can’t juggle sweep from Tatsu in nearly as many situations as Akuma.
He doesn’t play like Akuma, read the threads and see what people who have access to the game have been saying about him since he was leaked a while back. If anything, he plays like a higher risk version of Ryu with some neat tools.
Cool, so “Akuma’s alternate costume” is just a “higher risk version of Ryu with some neat tools.” Hurray for wasted character slots… dood!
To be fair you know everyone would bitch whether it was Elena from 3S or Evil Ryu from the Alpha series.
:wonder: That would have been great, Elena is awesome… dood!
Elena might have been awesome in 4, but it’s 4, so probably not!
Most of the interesting 3rd Strike characters are already in 4 anyway.
Necro isn’t in the game so your argument is invalid.
Although I don’t see how necro would work in 4. But I digress.
I said “most”, not all. Of course, with Dhalsim in the game, I’m not really feeling Necro.
Confirm: State gathering saturday? I will be there this time, last time something came up.
yeah, state gathering sat. On another note, I would love Urien in 4, except everything that made him interesting probably couldn’t exist in 4
Just look at Makoto in SF4 to see how Necro would work out. In SF3 Makoto was Necro turned up to max volume. Same crazy damage and stun, but Makoto is faster and has the crazy mixup w/ command throw. In SF4 they made Makoto slow, suddenly bottom tier.
Ay yo William. Kevin and I will be heading over there at around 7 or 8 tomorrow I believe. Get the other dudes to come too.
Dat charge partitioning.
Necro is VERY different from Mak in 3S. That said, AE Makoto is pretty damn wtfgood, so you never know. I don’t see them putting another stretchy armed character in the game though.
