Deep down inside I wanted to hear this to justify all the hours I’ve put into doing the styles combo. I know you have a lot of pride in them.
I’ll start paying attention to 4 again when I have access to AE. I’m interested in playing Evil Ryu (duh), but it’s all pretty meaningless if I can’t play and Marvel 3 is right in front of me, being all “look at me, I’m Marvel 3, I’m about a billion times more fun to play than SF4!”
Ditto with BBCS2. When I get the update, I’ll be playing it again. I’ve got both the CS2 mook and AE mook. Until then, all about some Marvel, and Guilty whenever Guilty is to be had.

Had no idea people still loved SC4 so much.
Alpha 3 is losing the Capcom vote but winning the Wildcard vote.
SC4 is one of the most fun games ive ever played. i fucking love it, its the only game where i enjoy losing and winning in. i would try my best to go to future Charlotte tourneys if SC4 is being hosted.

About the session…people need to speak up when they want it. I can do either Friday or Saturday. I’m trying to get as many people as I can.
I couldn’t agree with you more. Before SFIV or BB came out, SC4 was my favorite fighting game for a while and I still love it. I’d support a SC4 revival anywhere 
I’m good for Friday or Saturday. But since most of the Arcana players are saying Saturday, I’m voting for Saturday.
I actually haven’t heard any mention of Friday yet. Either works for me
SC4 was a fun game imo. At high level it might be different, but I personally enjoyed it.

gaming sessions
Why not Friday and Saturday? I just want to get as many matches in against human opponents as I can.
Anyone else here stay in or around the Raleigh area? I’m pretty much new to the whole competitive gaming scene, so I’m open to learn as much as I can, but I don’t feel that I’m gonna get better sitting around discussing game mechanics online all the time. As fun as beating the CPU may sound, to me that doesn’t mean you’re actually good if you never get out at all. I was turned off before by the NC threads where they looked as nothing but complete non fighting game related material. As long as people are playing fighting games I’m down to play as well. Right now my main focuses are MvC3 and Tekken 6 with SSFIV as a side project. Although I dislike SSFIV, its popular so I’m somewhat willing to try playing it competitively. I’ll play any fighting game, but those are just a few that I’m trying to focus on for sure.

As I said before it’s probably easier overall for people that have school or work fridays for Saturday being the absolute best but it seems to be a bit different week by week either way it’s all good.
The NC threads are only non fighting game related when nothing is going on but as of recent the community here has been thriving with lots of new folks speaking up. I can tell you MVC3 is very popular here and Tekken 6 feels a bit like a lost cause. I rarely see people play it and can only name a good few who enter tournaments for it typically those go down at the Durham gamefrog at the northgate mall. Saisyu doesn’t have the info up but he said he would be having one the 23rd/24th of April if I recall.
