I live in Greensboro as well. I just don’t have time for games now, it’s a rough spot for me. March Madness keeps us busy at our store, and on top of that we may be going out of business as well. So I’m kinda staying away from travelling for games until I get this stuff sorted out.
So my ride bailed on me this morning for the Charlotte tourney.

I mean, I’ve seen a couple other Greensboro posters too, but it seems kinda rare and sometimes it disheartens me. I hope everything turns out okay for you though. It sounds rough.

So to all reading this post, please respond… I will be able to provide a few CRTs at this venue…so that being said…will that be accepted at least some speculation for you guys to pay us a visit for a session, I’d like to get some hands on what people think of the venue, this is a good spot and the owner is very welcoming to ideas. The prices aren’t too bad and is spacious.

For those of you that don’t know P Gorath is a former Durhamite, actually one of my better high school friends. I’ve been watching him on WNFs lately, not doing too bad. Anyways, if you’re looking for a reason to watch those on stream besides the endless JWong/Floe matches, he’s a local talent thats been holding his own over there.
Also for DeMo, they’re supposedly gonna show some WWE Allstars next week on their stream as well.
Man I’m so dumb, my arcade stick was set to the “right” stick on a normal ps3 controller, that’s why it wasn’t picking anything up. Set it back to left and it works fine. so dumb ;[

To anyone who was at the NC State session please tell me if you saw a Hori Real Arcade Pro 3 Sanwa (black base, gray top, white stick/buttons). If you did just leave it over there at Kris’s dorm. Kris I’ll drive by later on today to pick it up.
definitely had fun with the gboro people. trying to revive some type of scene over here and just learn and get better at fighters over since i’ve always mostly just been a melee player but i’m glad i got that mvc3 exp. i’m trying to have something maybe weekly or biweekly depending on my work schedule and if we get enough people i can always use my other room too so i definitely have the space to hold more people
Great games at state last night, had a lot of fun.
