Seriously!?!?! This shit is a fuck!!! Didn’t even get a chance to play on the board a single time. You can revive the board if you send it to Japan and get someone to get Capcom Japan to fix it btw. Or you could reflash it to the shitty Asian version, but nobody likes that because the sounds are all fucked up.
KOF can do good if we can get a good cross-section of people playing it, and some hate. I know with 98UM people levelled up pretty quickly when there was hype, so it can be done.
They plan to send to japan, as soon as they have a fund raising tournament.
I’m all the way down with playin KOF 13 as my main game, no problem. I’m a huge SNK head and enjoyed this game in the arcade. One of the best FG to come out in years. Characters with such alooong history and great unique personality. Gameplay wise it just about perfect in my opinion. My team is Takuma/Yuri/Ryo, with Robert as an alt. I hope new players give this game a chance and that it sells well so we can get CVS3 and or Kof14 next year.(^o^)/
Well, Takuma’s an outright beast in this, and they fixed the glitch that made him free on wakeup in the console version. Yuri got buffed, maybe overbuffed so you should have a beast team.
We won’t see KOF14 for at least 2 years, and CVS3, do we want Ono screwing up another game?

I’d love to see another CvSNK game though. A shame the arcade shut down at the mall in Fayetteville. It was the only place I was able to play Capcom vs SNK Chaos.

Been using those for trying to learn Athenia combos, but I got much better stuff for Kula from watching some jp vids, really no stun or 100% combo in that vid really. For real the more times you can hit with 1 inch punch and her frost breath before starting the dp.C,qcb.D(2 hits),qcb.B~B, loop the better off you are I’m a bit confused why he only did that loop like once as well o_O, unless I’m missing some reason why you should do the qcb.D(1 hit)~B version instead, maybe while activated it is better I doubt it but it is straight up less damage and less stun when not activated.
I know you can do dp.C,qcb.D(2hits),qcb.D(2hits) as well but I can’t get it 100% like I can the other one.
What were the 3S results from SB? I can’t seem to find them anywhere.
Lost Ark doesn’t stock new games, however they do sometimes get sealed copies on release day if someone brings them in. whether or not they get KOF is up in the air. i did run by your idea for a KOF launch party yesterday, so it’s on the table though i would say it’s doubtful they can start stocking large amounts of new copies right now.
i played on both neo cabs yesterday and the sticks seemed fine, but next time you are there if they feel off, let dan know and he can pull them out. didn’t '98 have pretty rigid inputs though?
