That’s always one of those YMMV things. I’ve never once gotten kicked out of a room because I play Noel. That said, I have gotten one ragequit, and some people pass up ranked matches when they see that Noel is my main. But I’ve never once gotten a hate mail, and typically get messages that thank me for not drive spamming.
Then again, I do typically play a “No Drive” Noel.
(also, that really is a sweet avatar nk4e. Did lollerskates do that?)
I don’t think I spam my Noel’s D that much…
although if I didn’t play off my friend’s PS3, I would actually be able to do her air combos well…
BTW, the third costume that Litchi puts on her during Noel’s panda storyline, was that just a random costume or is it supposed to be based on someone?

Been going through some rough training in SF4 the past week, I should be able to make some training time for Noel and hit you up for some matches pretty soon :tup:.
I’ve learn some new tricks Brandino, we should go at again sometime to see how i fair now. Probably still hget my ass handed too but hopefully not as bad lol.

Use 6A or 236C far away. I just got another one from probably a mad player who beat me with Hakumen “Use a Hard Character”
They’re complaining saying to use a Hard Character and they won… just like them to say that…

I’d say 5B.
IAD into a quick aerial 5B > 5C. If you time it right you can combo into a chain starter, like 2B or 3C. Aim for the head on the 5B.
You can approach him safely from the ground if you zone well with your 5B. It stuffs quite a few of his moves. You can do 5B>5C>2C, 5B>2C, etc. IAD can be bad since Tager can backdash your jump in.
Depends on the range. I usually like to IAD from about medium range and use that to press in. I’ve got a good track record of being able to press in. It’s staying there without being grabbed that’s the problem, and that’s just because I suck at teching throws.
Well, I usually just play it safe. A risky rush down approach is probably easier for Tager to deal with than playing a more ground based zoning game. I guess the way I look at it, there isn’t a pressing need to get in on Tager. Just patiently chip away at him, get some meter and then you can cover risk taking with RC.
