yeah prolly was me you faced just been trying alot of random things to see exactly what people will fall for, the jump thing worked alot for the first throw and about 50% of the time people broke the second.
its really just all about kinda randomizing your play styles cause i found if i do the normal bread and butter crap that poeple are use to then switch up it throws people off there game. i know the C loop drive chains and other stuff but i want to learn a bit more than that. if everyone plays the same then people can predict what you do.
still need alot more testing with here to find out exactly when i wanan start throwing in randoms like that
Well, once you land your initial hit, it doesn’t matter if they can predict what combo you are going to do if you don’t black beat it. The only time I can think of that a grab out of hitstun has any chance of landing is off a revolver blast RC. Generally your aircombos end there and the opponent may be mashing to air tech which will prevent the throw tech.
Hey guys, I got my blazblue a couple of days ago and got down a good chunk of noels combos. So i decided to try online. But it seems like i can never pull off the 3C>22C>66C>drive combo. By time I pull out the 22C the guy is up already. I’ve practiced on training with all the wake up options enabled and i’ve also tried just offline versus against some hell difficulty computers and I can generally get the combos out.
So i’m just wondering if online lag has anything to do with it. Or maybe i just stink.
Granted, the combos are still doable online. I’ve done it online plenty of times, before I started playing BB a lot offline. The moment I started playing BB offline frequently, I could no longer do combos with Noel online. I drop combos with her all the time now because of the lag online. I’ve pretty much said screw online for the most part outside of just fooling around.
ArcSys did do a good job with the online mode of the game, but the lag is still there.
I am by no means a “D mashing Noel scrub” but fuck do I get kicked out of rooms with the quickness when they see my player card, wtf is up with that shit. :tdown:

learning those new (but hard) bloom trigger combos,
2D,28D (rapid),super low j.d(so it doesn’t come out), 236D, 6C,5D, 236D,6C,5D,5B,6B,5C,236D… im thinking it’s practical to do in a real match… but meh… i dunno.:tup:

J.B>J.C(1)>J.B>jc>J.B>J.C>236C or Thor, the timing on that is somewhat hard to get the j.c(1) but I could get the first string down easily.
