No vids of US SF's 'Golden Era' & best_ever player!?

This is very exciting news. Now I will have to buy a damn 360. I was going to wait for the new SF but I gues HF will be good enough.

There are a few things that the article didn’t mention though. Like having a loby like DOAU/4 there will be up to 8 or so ppl per room on a rotation. That way every one can watch the match when waiting for the next match. OH let the good times roll.

another thing i am curious about is whether or not XBL will offer some sort of screen aspect ratio setting for the game. Since the 360 supports high def gaming and all the games are 16:9 then that means SF HF will have a stretched look if its going to be played on a 16:9 TV. I dont know if any of you have have played on a WS tv but it totally throws off my game because everything is “longer” so to speak.

Many TV’s offer a 4:3 mode but for those of us who have plasma and DLP tv’s this may be a problem because of burn in .

Still bad ass news though :lovin:

btw is this x360 different to standard online play? In terms of the technology/ lag etc? Would be cool to play you guys in the states at some point.

Also, I always puzzle as to why they dont include that z-snes direct connection software in other emus?

What I am about to tell you is 100% true, and Mike can back me on this.

My reflexes were so fast, and my play so good back on hyper, etc, that people used to freaking bring SHOE BOXES with 2 holes in them to cover up both hands so i could not see what they were doing.

It didnt work, they still got owned. LOL ask Wastson about that. I started a trend. The shoebox crowd would come to “believe” they had a chance. LOL oh man, they were so proud of their little boxes too. Then I go 3-0 and the entire place would mock them. lol. So funny.

Everytime I won a tournament, I would take my entire entourage out for dinner on me. I never took any money for any wins, I always bought my competitors food with it. I had alot of supporters, and I owed them.

Remember all those guys that would come with me Mike? LOL I woudl arrive, and like 10 people would come to watch all the smack talking, it was so funny. Damn Mike, we needed to video tape when the store owner took you outside and picked you up by the neck dude for spitting in his drink.

LOL damn dude, you were so pissed. too bad you were only 14 years old at the time and he was 25 and a body builder. lol. Damn that was funny dude. I forgot who the LOSER was who told him, that was deserving of beatdown.

Those are some of the matches I won. Using Guile. Watch the Daigo RYU vs My Guile. I beat him so bad, he took it so well, like a Champion. Brushed it right off and came back next game and won. A sign of a true champion. If I did that to a normal Mortal, embarassed you that bad…cause I WORKED his Ryu like nothing, it was MURDER…they would have quit the game and ran out the door with a red face. I mean I KILLED him. haha of Man…that was great.

(imo the best fight was last file: against Sagat-1, that was h-a-r-d)

Another great champion of SF2 Nohono (and I trust U’ve all visited his fantastic Jap ST vid site http://www.putfile.com/nohoho , damn where he get this stuff?) had asked me to upload the rest of the little Acho Hyperfighting tourney from 2003. Well here it is, nothing amazing, but hey its still HF matchvids! Looking forward to HF taking its rightfull place and spawning a bounty of matchvids to rival that of other versions, cmon xbox360.

Y I’m gonna be uploading the Gamest HF vid shortly, and if you want CE stuff I strongly recomend u check out the Korea SF2CE thread, it has vides waaay better than anything in that vid.
