I don’t like Daniel Craig as Bond. However, 2012’s ‘Skyfall’ was a great action spy thriller regardless. If they do make a new one I sincerely hope it is in some way similar, because I can’t help, but doze off during the others he has been in (especially ‘Casino Royale’ past the glorious intro).
I hated the last one.
I mean absolutely hated it.
What was it?
Spectre?
It was so bad.
How bad?
So bad that I felt sorry for Bautista landing a role in it while he’s still trying to get a foot in the door.
Moriarty spun in his grave as his palest of shadows literally fell.
Richard wants his fall back.
And don’t even get me started on Blofeld.
Grow some tits, buy yourself a pony, and get the fuck over it, daddy’s girl.
I think the motivations of this incarnation of Blofeld were extremely lame and his connection to Bond was even worse. He was jealous of a fucking orphan… and his daddy didn’t love him or some shit.
What I found hilarious was how they were making a big deal about Monica Belluci being in the film and she was nothing more than a one night stand handing out Spectre info like candy.
I really enjoyed the first scene of the movie with Daniel Craig taking to the rooftops. The moment where he lands on a couch after the ceiling collapses following a giant explosion and he walks out of the building unphased and fixes his tie definitely felt like a James Bond moment.
To be honest, the movie as a whole was still better than ‘Quantum of Solace’, which was unbelievably bland.
Bautista is probably making bank as Drax in ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ so don’t feel too bad for him.
Lupita as a bond girl…I dig it.

Cast members:
I’m stunned he is doing another one honestly.
Money talks.
This is the second longest gap between films since License to Kill in 1989 and Goldeneye in 1995.
How old was Connery in his final Bond movie?
Edit: just Googled and he was 52 or 53.
Craig is 51, so there’s precedent.
Older than his best toupee.
(He was almost bald from the get go.)
Out of this current Bond I’ve only really liked Casino Royale, and after the last one I’m really not excited by this. Hopefully the script will allow Malek to flex his acting prowess.
You didn’t like Skyfall? That’s worth watching just for Javier Bardem.
Bardem and the cinematography are choice.
But beyond that, and finally putting to rest the argument of Bond’s origin and name (Pro Tip: he’s Scots with a French mum, and it’s James Bond), it didn’t really do a whole lot.
Not really, after multiple viewings it is actually a bit of a snooze fest
Only Craig Bond I haven’t been all about was Quantum. Wasn’t terrible or anything but could have been better.
Kinda didn’t help that I really didn’t care about Vesper at all.
Is that the one where Bolivia has their water privatized by a US corporation?
That actually happened, but it was Pepsi who purchased all water rights from at the time dictator. Regime changes just decided to invalidate Pepsi’s claims to the water shortly after.
lmfao this trailer got me doin dancehall in my room
Q: Bond, this customized blunt can shoot a poison dart that will incapacitated anyone in approximately 3.5 seconds.
Bond: Hm, I hope it works faster on the inhale…
