If you find a planet with a lot of drones you can just go on a killing spree also. Platinum sells for a lot and they drop it by the cart loads.

I just got lucky most planets have huge heridium deposits or the emerald ones. The gold was quite a pleasant surprise. Big dank ass red planet lol

How do you name planets it’s never given me the option thus far? “BushDid9/11” needs to be a planet.
What’s the most efficient way to kill those things? Boltcutter?
Im just using the regular gun conversion. The mining laser does decent enough damage if you want to use that and have the mod that decreases cool down time.
Something of note also. The weapons do not gradually cool down in this game. The second you even see the bar decrease slightly it is fully cool down’d and you can start firing again. The cool down bar will isntantly reset if you do this.

I flew in one direction for over 2 hours yesterday while going Lightspeed. Wasted a lot of Thamium9 and still couldn’t manually leave the Galaxy, lol. It’s possible to do, but you will probably be sitting there for hours. After all, it’s an entire solar system that you’re trying to leave.
Luckily, yesterday I found an abandoned shelter that had a schematic that now let’s me make my own Antimatter, the main component in making the Fusion Cells for hyperdrive fuel.
Also, y’all need to get the Pulse Grenade upgrade for your multi-tools. Shit is absolutely ridiculous. You blow away giant rocks of iron in seconds. Hostiles don’t stand a chance, either.

I found a planet with gold on it too, but I didn’t know it sold for so much so I barely farmed any.
Good thing that was about 3 galaxies ago, now I have to figure out what planet it was on…
And then figure out WHERE on the planet it was, even… :sad:
Where are folks finding nickle? I’ve been on both hot and cold planets in all variations from the sun and haven’t found any.
Also been farming emeril on the trap house. Got stuck in a hole for like 30 minutes mining my way out.
I pretty much found a giant floating landmass of Nickle and haven’t needed any more since, lol.
I’ve only seen Nickle on one planet, though. Shit’s weird.

Sell them. Break them down into fuel. Life support and environmental protection. Trading and bartering. Multi-Tool charges. Thruster repair. Schematic construction. Upgrade construction.
There’s a lot of stuff you can do with your loot, depending on what you need.
