BLUE SHELLS STAY. Scares the shit out of people in first. I’ve delibrately fallen behind if I notice that a someone has a blue shell in thier possesion. Or if I have a blue shell I get ahead as much as possible and wait for the top three people to get real close to eachother and launch the shell for a multi hit attack. Being in first is hella dangerous unless you are quite a few turns ahead of everyone else. Nah but we could have discussions about the use of them for a race.

There’s NOTHING wrong with the way Mario Kart DS has been made, if you have a problem with anything then don’t play … its not like there’s an entry fee.

Oh dude chill out. If a group of people want to have a no snaking tourny let them. As far as this Tournament goes, the Holiday Shoppers Tourny, EVERYTHING is allowed. But down the road if people want to have a tourny without snaking, or without the use of bullet bill, etc., we can and will.

I have nothing against snaking or items (have you played me?) but I know for a fact that there are people on this board who either can’t, or dislike to, snake. So, they would prefer those kinds of tournaments. “No items” was just a gimmick idea. If people want to hold those kinds of tourneys, who are you to stop them?

If Nintendo doesn’t effing annouce a SSB DS game at E3 or sooner next year with Wi-Fi playing I’m freaking taking a S.W.A.T. team of gamers to their north american hq to get to the bottom of this problem. Just like we need a Mario Party (then i’d finally play the game) and Mario Tennis online.

i think a Bomberman online is in development right now. and i heard that in one of the past issues of Nintendo Power that on that survey card they asked what future game would you like to see on the DS and one of the answers was SSB…

Anyone try the new Wayport wireless in McDonalds? I’m wondering if it costs to connect, I’m not completely sure. Can someone shed some light on me? Thataway, I can hang at the local McD’s and play there since I’ve no wireless router.
