Yeah, Oregon Trail kicked all our asses. Shit was brutal…like the actual Oregon Trail.
Ay idk if any has picked up it up in here but Yokai Watch is pretty damn fun. Town has a lot of charm and it overall has a lot of life to it. No it’s not a Pokemon clone and doesn’t even feel like Pokemon, even in how you catch yokai and what you do with them. The game doesn’t really see to have a narrative though, it seems more of just you doing shit although there is story missions, just no neccasrily a villain it seems. im only a few hrs in so maybe that stuff can pop up later.
The battle system is passiving/auto battle, as in your Yokai attack on their own but you still have to manage, like tell the who to hit, do special attacks, heal, and purify(curing status aliments) and etc. So yeah it’s pretty fun. I would say check out the demo for a sample. Only thing is to get new Yokai is completely random as it’s just one may ask to be your friend after a fight, there’s no actual action you do to get them it’s just random
Aside from emulators, the most gaming time i’ve ever had with Pc was with an RTS called Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2 and it’s expansion, Yuri’s Revenge.

Triforce heroes is loads of fun. I also picked up Shantae, Azure Volt, and Xenoblade. Shantae is a damn good platformer. I’m gonna grab the old titles on DSi and GBA. Azure Volt is pretty easy but fun.
Xenoblade I have on Wii, but I’m more likely to play it on my N3DS. My wife has Yokai Watch and loves it. I’ll have to grab a copy myself.
I got a limited SMT IV unopened still lol. Gunvolt is too damn good. And yeah xenoblade may be better as a handheld game just due to the game can be long if you want it to be, and it’s best to be able to put in those hours at anytime.
I been focusing on Yokai Watch and it’s super fun, didn’t even plan to start it for a while since I got it as a apart of a deal, but I was curious and started it lol. Got 3-4 hrs in so far and I’ve been loving it. Hope the overall franchise does well enough here to atleast get the main sequels. The main 3rd game drops next year in Japan. I doubt we’ll get all the spin offs, but I’m sure we can atleast get the 2nd game

Yeah. For how awesome and goofy the story is I was disappointed by pretty much everything else in the game. It had some amazing concepts but most of them just kinda fell flat.
Huh really? I’ll have to redownload the demo once i get room. I only played it for a bit, but liked it from the tad I played since it was Valkyria Chronicles-like. But at the same time you can like a demo but get burned out not like the full game once you dived it. But I’ll still dowload it again when I can
i understand how they were trying to be goofy and awesome with the story ,but honestly it just didn’t click with me.
it was campy ,but i guess just not my kind of campy.
