Nintendo 3DS - Best Handheld Today

Fossils seem to be worth a lot of money, but I keep donating new ones to the museum. I made an ordinance for a wealthy town, so hopefully that will help with getting more cash.

What chapter is that again?

[details=Spoiler] It’s the last fight in the game. Chapter 41. Unless your trolling?

Spoiler

Oops, missread thought you said chapter 4

I’m sure most of you guys may be aware of who Orioto is but you may not know is that he puts some of his art in 3D that can be seen on your 3DS. It looks pretty damn good.

Did you already load up with guys like Heihachi or Chun Li that have barrier destroying moves?

Pretty cool. I wonder how its done…

Thanks for sharing that with us! I saved that epic Ken/Ryu pic.

How do you guys feel about Theatrhythm Final Fantasy? I downloaded the demo and I like it. It’s fun, challenging, and I get to enjoy all the music I like from the series in a whole new way.

I’m usually not into rhythm games but, I just might pick this one up…

i thought it was fun. Well worth the 40 I paid for it.

I rented it from gamefly and it was a great game, it is on my list to buy.

Anyone know how much it costs to get a 3DS XL screen fixed? (the inside of the top screen is cracked)

Gonna hit up Nintendo tomorrow but I’d figured I would ask you guys real quick.

[details=Spoiler] I mean the giant barrier you have to stand by on the map and remove it. You have to do this in a limited number of turns too I think it was 15 total. That part I can get by fine. Just the second part ugh. Sorry if I wasn’t clear on this. I can’t deal damage fast enough or something here too. I really really hope I’m not just basically stuck here and can’t do anything. And yeah I’m using them too. There’s no way I don’t think to go back and level up either. Still just trying to think of someway to beat this.

Theatrhythm Final Fantasy is one of my favorite 3DS games and my favorite music/rhythm game. I’ve put more hours into it than any game on the 3DS and any game I’ve played this year. Well worth the dough.

Let us know, I’d be interested in knowing.

Ordered Project X Zone even though I know it will be a one-dimensional game. The fan service is what I’m expecting and nothing more. Reminds me of watching something like power rangers or something with how these supers look.

Screen itself is about $65 at dealsextreme, might be able to find a lower price somewhere else.

Well I called them up, and apparently it’s gonna run me about 145 USD / $145 which is a good kick in the teeth but I’ll survive. However when I do get it fixed they’ll send me another warranty with it which is cool. It might just be me but I’m starting to think Nintendo handhelds (2nd iterations) are cursed in my house, my GBA SP broke in a similar way many years back and my DS Lite broke off at the hinge a few years ago too. I’m gonna invest in a big Styrofoam case or some kind of rubbery/spongy material to wrap it in this time just to be extra cautious.

I would have took the plunge but I’m too lazy to Frankenstein fix it myself, the only system I ever chop shop fixed is my old phat PS2.

Before you do that, give Gophermods a call. They repair game systems, they may be able to save you a bit of money.

project x zone is alright, but the dialog in that game is soooo boring.

Yeah, everything besides the dialogue/story is pretty solid. Combat is deep and addictive, battles are long, challenging, and actually require strategy to win…I’m about 10 hours in and I’m only on Chapter 8 or something.

I got Dante and Demitri, now I just need Megaman/Zero…
