Night of the living bad games- BG4

I just hate people who say everything twelve players do is “random” because there is no standard way to play him, unlike robochun, sa3 ken, sa3 yun, etc.

your right…im sorry if it came out wrong

you shouldve went to castle golf…i wanted to play you there  wouldve been my one good chance to play you offline

the opposite of “random” is “predictable”, “predictable” means you are losing. makoto is a “random” character, i don t see anyone bad talking makoto players.

sorry if i came off like a douche, i hate it when my name is thrown around and i didn t do anything.

had to write and study. yes, it would have been fun.

Well this is what I hear half the time by online players:

“Omg ur so fucking random ggs”

Not one person has said that to me at ctf.

lol yeah i see what you mean…ill be sure to omit that next time lol

Does Sandybags still play? I’ve played this guy a couple of times online few years ago. He was an online guy that did pretty well at SBO. I don’t think that online games is that bad. I’m sure he would agree with me on this. For those who don’t know him take a looks at this http://forums.shoryuken.com/showthread.php?t=133109

Most people that are good online are also good offline. That’s my point of view. Sure there’s a small difference, but the gameplay is almost the same. Only harder and easier for some stuffs, but that’s it.

I’m better online than at CTF because Happ sticks can blow me.

If they actually bothered to install Sanwa’s in the 3S cabs (pssht, like that’s ever going to happen), then maybe I’d play more on it rather than throw my money all in SF4.

lol, Kofriend. They had to add the r in that gamers vision ranbat didn’t they.

this shit’s bananas

Bam.

In that video I may have displayed maybe 3% of what I can do. I basically used nothing but normals and anti-airs to shut up a troll.

Aside from that. Just let people play, stop judging them as “oh you’re not pro”. Or if someone plays, “Oh you’re not good cause you’re not Daigo or <insert name here>”. Just let them do their thing. I think most people would like to be that good, but the majority doesn’t care or will never reach that level.

I can’t play a game without being compared to someone. If I do well it’s
"are you better than this person?"

If I lose it’s “Oh you’re not better than this person. You can’t do that. You’re lying”

To be honest, I can do well against “Pros”, and they’ll probably completely destroy me offline or maybe not. I highly doubt any of them take this seriously as they would a tournament without using names.

This has been happening way too much lately. Let the tournament players be tournament players. And let online stay fun. If you want to be competitive fine. I think thats fun and awesome. But I think it’s a vocal minority causing that problem. Aside from the other small problem of good players repeatedly saying “I suck”.

With that said. I still think GGPO is the closest you can get to offline right now. You can see a person’s skill, but I don’t think you can fully judge someone online. But the whole “Pro” thing is really getting old, especially from people who have no clue. Rant J/k. :wgrin:

HAHAHA. I saw that so many times that I don’t even count it anymore. lol!!!1111

i’m pretty sure i rape kofiend. IM GODLIKE SON.

inb4ragepostcomment to avoid truth.

And even in the end, you’re still perpetuating what you have learned you cannot resist. Trolling about it. As the video suggests, I have displayed a minute percentage (3% just because low low numbers implies skill rite) of potential in that video. Surprisingly, I am gaining more and more spectators in my matches time to time (though that may either be coincidental or something else) and they say nothing when I do something impressive yet complain if I make a minor “online miss” of a move as you mentioned earlier giving advice to stadic on ggpo about UOH’s…:looney: As far as I see it, it’s the social psychological hierarchy at work with the mob mentality. If the supposed “outcast” (though there’s enough people with common sense to think for themselves and greet me andor feign being tolerable of me) succeeds, that “outcast” must have done so through deviant means, additionally, within the mob mentality you have say, yourself, attempting to construct the flow of conversation by omitting obvious points one has made to manipulate and form your own flawed points. (To say the least.)

But regardless, it’s as exactly as what I’ve been preaching all this time. I suppose they’ll listen to you because as I mentioned before, everyone has jumped on the bandwagon that I seemingly troll or talk shit without conclusive evidence on either 2df or ggpo or even irl. But anyway, despite judging the mentality of many because of the simple twisting, downplaying, and manipulation of sentences, it’s that mentality that bothers to go online and play this game and I enjoy the matches all the same as they do. (Give or take a situation like this http://img178.imageshack.us/img178/3545/ssssvx5.jpg

It astounds me really, the people that listen to you out of the sense that because you beat the infamous Dyne (for whatever reason, other than the usual group calling names and throwing the word trolling around in the first place) they feel you have a legitimate here say about my statements (and ones I have clearly never made) or accusing me of lying and trolling (I must be missing the definition here, because incidentally “talking a lot” meant trolling to you. That’s an intelligent accusation to make over the internet, mmyes. (I’m still not sure how lying about an online match would work in the thought process though)

As far as people having no clue about pro, that I can agree with. Although acting like one through this situation is contradicting your statements, but let’s pretend you have a clue about what you’re talking about. Because giving a person who obviously acts as a sort of meek sycophant (maybe?) asks about the essence of UOH and requests that it must be you giving them said info (it was really pitiful, the way he called out to you by the way):wasted:

Allow me to fix your statement though.

If I win against someone. You say "he must have used a deviant, external, or alternative mean and if he comments about it, he is trolling because I said so and I take this seriously. I cannot let internet grudges go as well as he can and this makes me all the more furious. Therefore, others who hopefully feel the same way or will once I use my own fallacious argumentative logic to have others join because people prefer to alienate than tolerate in such a situation of hostility.

If I lose against someone. You say “that’s because he has such a lack of skill and allow me to continue and add on to the vicious hostility by apologizing at one point to refrain from speaking in such negative terms about this person yet I continue to do so because as a meager hypocrite, I can clearly word my way through and no one would care either way and enjoy the hostility, because that feeling is amazing and taking these online matches which I preach are for fun, seriously and at such a judgemental and strange level that I preach that although you cannot judge a person’s skill online alone, I can clearly negate that statement by exclaiming out loud my own bitterness because people ignore their intelligence and want to see how much a person can deal with me when I have a mob mentality backing me up.”

It’s interesting, furthermore, that because you contradict yourself so very often and clearly. It’s a question of why you do not try hard enough to make it seem difficult to pinpoint such hypocristy. (After all, you’re still trolling about the aspect of me supposedly trolling. Clearly, you’re not a person of your word. Not that the word of anybody matters much anymore with the values of today)

Go ahead and say that this such a long post that nobody will read it. That only means you are afraid of people reading the obvious intelligence found here and if you go as far as act non-chalant about the situation altogether, then do not post further about me. Otherwise, continue as you are only to further prove my point.

And if you read all this and this changed nothing, no big deal, it’s no surprise culture or society is lowering its standards daily because of people like yourself.

As far as judging goes, you judged my skill based on a laggy match from WC to EC (that you even constantly ranted as being called “West Coast Lag” which is still a bizarre but humorous way of putting it, and you even go as far as contradicting yourself that you suggest judging to be out of the picture, and you are in love with me that you refuse to let this silly tiff go. You’re the troll here though, and if you can manage being a manifestation of contradictions over and over again, by all means, but at least do it properly. Even I can see room for improvement. (Though improvement would be your not-acting-like-a-troll-ever). Simple as that.

And as far as pros and such going this and that about the skill of a player and acting pompous about it, that’s cool, you’re a champ in a fighting game on/offline. That’s the American dream right there homies. As for the pros that act like decent human beings unlike the majority posting in this thread (unfortunately, this is why I inform them with several details on the subject matter) and the ones who are making valid posts are just as important, though too few.

Typing all this isn’t really a chore or anything, I don’t necessarily care as I’ve said again. Fast typing makes such tasks seem trivial and simplistic. But some trolls just need conversation to thrive, so I am helping you thrive out of pity with logic as you spew garbage Clinton/Double speak.

By the way, it’s probably because it’s new, TvC rocks.

Rage post! :woot:

Original rage post. Anyway.

Another rage post. As you were saying?

I’ll never understand why people say they don’t care about something yet go on to write novels about that which they “don’t care about”.

You must be the Captain America of 3s!

I think that is the longest post I have seen on any forum ever.
