How come no one plays @ tilt on mondays? Myselfchoi,ricky and will all went to tilt but no one was there. I thought this was the place 2 be?
damn… that sucks… normally people just randomly show up… but i have realized one thing… more people seem to show up when dr. b is either working or is there to play… don’t know why it just is that way…lol… anyway i’ll be there tonight… so maybe i’ll see some people there

i like the stick setups they have at svgl
they got the buttons kinda slanted similar to the way the cabinets are setup in japan
way better imo than having all buttons perfectly lined up

just outta curiousity which worker was it? anyhow… you just need practice man… you might not believe it but playing people who are alot better than you teaches you alot… trust me i get my ass whooped all the time, but im getting a lil bit better(at least i think i am)…as for sagat… just practice… learn to cancel from jump ins and standing kicks into his tiger knee super… and his crouching fierce into his fireball super…its actually not that hard… oh and don’t roll too much…that was my big problem… and start out turtle style… until you get better with your characters…thats all the advice i can give out… you should ask dr. b, he helps everyone out… he could teach you alot. well im out

whats the address to the newpark mall tilt? cause im visiting the santa rosa area and will be returning sunday. I know i pass through that area and i wanted to stop by and check out the scene. I mainly play marval, but i do play cvs 2 a little. I really suck at it but hey, im up for getting my ass handed to me by u guys. I could use the lessons cause im tired of getting owned at that game by the guys in my area. Again just to re-iterate, i sincerely suck at that game, so dont expect much from me. I use Hibiki, terry, joe, geese, and just recently picked up sagat. and only use ken when i have a-groove. actually, i only use a groove now, but do still go to N from time to time and thats where i would use joe. It felt so good beating Ricky today. He wasn’t using his best characters, but he’s got more experience than me nonetheless. Revenge on misconceptn was sweet too. I took them both out TWICE. Heh, heh! :evil: j/k Nah, it’s cool. Those were good matches in any case. After all this time, Iori still remains my best character. If it weren’t for him, I wouldn’t have gotten that second win after Rick’s Bison killed my Chang and Rolento.
Nice A-Groove matches too from B, Confuszion and the other guy sharing teams with them. As always, it was close for me and them. I almost killed B’s Sagat too this one time, he was like a fierce away from losing. He did a good CC with him too in another match. That was good shit, but the Rolento CCs needed some work. You guys gotta try hitting two s.fierces BEFORE you do the Grenade super.

but i’m thinking of switing sagat out because i’m just way to aggressive, maybe thats my problem :(. i been working on it, but i really need one of them joysticks so i can get it down on point.

gf2 y ou did beat me today despite the fact that today i didnt paly ne of my best characters. 2) i beat you more times then you beat me … 3) if ricky hadn’t asked to play , i wouldnt have a ratio one rock against your ratio 2 iori at the end… it woudl have been my ratio 2 bison which was played first… And we all know that Bison beat iori for free… LAst but not least …casual play is just that casual play. And if memory serves me correctly I did beat you down every other time i played you OCV, plus in the last tourney where I put you out. But if you honestly do think that you’re better then me and your iori is your best character I beg to differ… But my bision is far better then your iori and he’s not my best character… But next time we play we’ll see who’s better!
We should not have a tourney next week. It’s the week of the big SVGL tourney. I wouldn’t want to try to compete with that.

And Iori IS my best character. I know this because he’s saved my ass more times than anyone else I use. If that doesn’t qualify him as my best, then I don’t know who is. Would you know? Also, did I say my Iori’s better than anyone you pick and that I’m the better player?
… That’s right, I didn’t.
Point is, you shouldn’t take everything I say so seriously. I know it’s just casual matches every time I’m up against you outside of tourneys. I don’t think I’m that good at CvS2, but I’m not some scrub that goes around slandering other people’s skills like an idiot just because I beat them at a few matches. The only thing that interests me is getting better. I only beat you and Ricky this one time, and compared to all the past times I got whooped when you were both sharing teams, despite who you picked, I’d say that’s an accomplishment in its own, wouldn’t you?
It’s nothin’ to feel challenged at. Smile! 
Tourny stays as planned unless Dr.B cancels…So this shit is still poppin’ as of now!
