From what I’ve read it’s cool for him to post this up. However as my response says, I don’t know if it’s cool for me to sell to him. From what I have read the answer should be no, but I wanted to check before I post more questions.
The only thing you can do on the Trading Outlet before your 6 months is up is BUY things. No SELL/TRADE.

there’s a lot of infractions towards our rules in that thread, somebody else tried to sell when they shouldn’t be. It’s getting closed.

Because having Six Months from Join Date does not mean selling on the Sixth Month.
Means having that many months pass by.
Month Seven is when complete Six.
January gets to sell in July.
February gets to sell in August.
March gets to sell in September.
April gets to sell in October.
May gets to sell in November.
June gets to sell in December.
July gets to sell in January.
August gets to sell in February.
September gets to sell in March.
October gets to sell in April.
November gets to sell in May.
December gets to sell in June.
So does that mean that people who joined on the 1st of a month have to wait an extra month or that people who joined near the end of a month get a bit of a break? Just want to get the facts straight, my month will be here purdy soon and I don’t want to look stupid and jump the gun.
I guess it will be a big dissappointment if I have to wait until the end of August. Mods can you clarify?
What if I have a vendor reselling? Can I re-direct people would that be violating the rules?
i think if u have a vendor thats fine. b/c u not selling or trading on srk site. with vendor thats ok. i have seen other members selling their friends item here that cant sell yet.
February means you can in August.
It’s no different if it’s linking your website or whatever, especially since linking your own site for profit (without admin approval) is against SRK rules.
What if he sells all his stock to a vendor outside from srk site. Then the vendor sells his new product and other stuff at srk without mention anything from the manufactor person. i think that fair.
Thanks Valaris, I guess rules are rules and it wouldn;t be fair to make an exception for one person and not another right? So i respect that and I’ll adhere to it.

Arthong was given permission from MrWizard himself. Wiz is the only person who can give permission to sell.
Just to be clear, is it okay to buy things if I haven’t been here for six months yet or do the same rules apply to buying as well?
you can buy anytime you want, no selling until your 6 month period has passed.
also (and some people do forget this) you have to have over 50 post.

you are allowed to buy without a waiting/post period.
you cannot trade (it’s the same rules for selling)
Just wanted to make sure that its now by month and not the exact day you joined. I’ve been working on description and picture pages for about 200 items for the past month and I want to make sure I’ll be okay to post everything on the 1st or if I still need to wait till the 18th, though I have noticed people who joined all throughout feb posting at the beginning of this month so I think I already know the answer.
Yea i’m curious to know the official rule, if i’m allowed to sell tomorrow or I have to wait until the 13th before I get to sell. And that list sounds huuge! Tell me you got some Namco sticks on there.
