Concerning Mei-Ling’s accuracy, she’s missing a bow on her front that kinda defines her as a character, like Lei Lei’s back bow:

Also, a little off-topic, but Jiggly, Tessa’s in Strange’s ending as part of some mystic council in case you haven’t seen it (Donovan’s there, too, doing his chakra-focusing whatever thing). She either looks really pissed or utterly bored, or is just being aloof. It’s kind of funny.
I’ve seen that, yeah. Our prediction of Tessa in Strange’s ending came true it seems.

I kinda like the Mei-Ling alternative, think it’s cool, inaccurate but cool. So what happens with Dark Force? Seems like the seal is there so probably from some alternate reality where Hsien-Ko and Mei-Ling’s roles are reversed :lol: What would make it a totally awesome alternative, a new voice actor, nothing against the current ones (think they’re cute) but a different voice to differentiate between characters would be awesome.
Trish’s Gloria alternative is probably my favourite, probably won’t make sense with one of her ending quotes though

Lol, I’m not gonna lie, with those claws Mei Ling, looks like a villian lol, I’m still prolly gonna use the DLC outfit from time to time, I wonder what Felicias is gonna be, I’m pretty satisfied with Morrigans.

Looks like an early concept that was poorly translated, were so many better things they could have done.
Felicia’s is Yellow Iris from battle circuit. I’m surprised they would chose such an obscure character like that to base an alternate off of.
There were so many better choices. They could have easily thrown on a Marvel themed catsuit on her and called it a day. I mean, Dazzler is RIGHT THERE! It would have made perfect sense and looked so much better!
You know I’m not quite sure, but I think Amaterasu has a Darkstalker costume?

I was expecting Nun or Katt Felicia myself. Hey, at least they might release a second wave of costumes. There’re tons of source materials to draw from for everybody; even Shuma has more to choose from. I can only hope for Pajama-Ko. I’d rock that shit in low tier hell all day, though maybe by that time she won’t be in low tier hell…

All this talk of alt costumes got me thinking - what if they actually did add Classic Mega Man as DLC in the future? Then you could have Classic, X and Bad Box Art Mega Man all on the same team, lol

What assist do you think would benefit Ms. Hsien more from Dr. Strange: Bolts or Daggers? Bolts are a two-hit beam that locks down and staggers (I think), allowing her to get in a little easier and set up teledash crossups. Daggers deters teleporters and might be able to crossup. I need to do more Strange research.

I am thinking this myself. The bolts help her more in the full screen spam of anki hou, but the daggers seem more reliable and punishing on super jumpers and teleporters. I still need to test it myself and also compare the usefulness of the assists with Nemmy. I know i can develop some tricky reset patterns with Nemmy, Strange and Hsien-ko.
