Indeed, Ragna hasn’t changed much, the only real difference I’ve found is the midscreen Hell’s fang(1), RC, 6C combo has changed to the 6B variant and I don’t think using 5D, dash, 5C HJC works any more.
yeah I was trying to use 5C and could get it occasionally, but not reliably. 6A seems to be intended instead.
I tend to stick to the old 2D rc dash 5c, 5d, dash, 5c hjc etc. combo midscreen.
5c > 6a, hjc, j.d JC j.d seems to work well too
So far I’ve been doing just plain ass B > C > HF midscreen to work them towards corner, and saving my RCs for 5B > 5C > HF > follow(RC) > 6B string.
Ah true, I tend to save RCs for max damage or just to make unsafe moves safe and therefore increase pressure. I think I go for a j.C into 3C, 22C RC far too much when someone’s in the corner… but the combo from it just does so much damage, I cant remember the exact values, but If you’ve got around 60 meter before the combo it generates enough to end with a carnage scissors too for about 6k damage.
