The theater (Paradiso) states that ppl need to be there mad early to get good seats for the midnight showing. Myself and Doug plan to be there at 9:30PM to get in line and grab seats. Since we will have almost a dozen ppl, we will need almost an entire damn row. If anyone can get there around the same time we do or shortly after please let me know so we have help saving seats for ppl.
So far 10 ppl are confirmed. If you want to get at the last 2 tickets holler at me and I will let you know if we still have them available. If you are arriving later to the theater call me so we can coordinate getting you your ticket.

There’s a reason peeps reply to GD with such negativity online. He made it that way. And IMO we dont need a fake troll that trolls on the scene’s own players here, if thats all he is good for. We need peeps to build the scene up and help people get better at the fighting games one chooses to play. Whether it be hosting casuals ya house and sharing matchup knowledge afterwards, or having/participating in ranbats to help players get better in tourney settings. As far as i can see gdbell has done nothing of the sort for your own scene and i find that borderline disgusting. The only thing he seems to be good at for his own scene is upping his post-count.

One the one hand I get why Ville doesn’t like GD I do, you guys are never around him for real and he talks shit. Thats fair. Him talking shit to players here isn’t really bashing them, its like a family thing, to be picked on means your friends. Kin is a target only cause of how he reacts to things. GDbell isn’t just a “troll” for most people here we are friends with him. No he doesn’t “add” some of the things you said to the scene from a competitive standpoint thats true but no one here cares about that.

Gabe has played in many ranbats he may not be the best but it does help to play him keeps you on your toes. I have never been more afraid to lose in ranbat than when I play Gabe I just know I’ll hear it from everyone including Gabe how truely slaw I am, and that pressure has made me better. IMO He helped Doug by playing him in that MM they both shit talked that’s just tradition but Doug had never played under pressure like that. So I’m sure in the future he’d be more prepared.

my wife’s family is about 40 minutes away from Huntsville though so I’m thinking it’s pretty likely I can make a tournament down there as long as I catch wind of it a few weeks ahead of time
I don’t get a chance to get out much but because of the family visitation excuse huntsville might be easier to get to than nashville or memphis lol
